    Pros: The room was very clean and the shower is great. Breakfast is also good and have many nice options.
    Cons: The room is a bit smaller than expected, but it's ok. The only thing that is annoying is the noise from Rebouas avenue. Even though our room was on the opposite side, the sound is very loud at night and me and my husband had some trouble sleeping.

    Cons: Rooms need maintenance, our toilet and safe werent working, the room is extremely small

    Pros: Excellent location, close to stores and restaurants. Excellent breakfast, abundant and varied. Comfortable furniture, bed and pillows. Wifi is fast and covers all the building.
    Cons: The elevators are kinda problematic.

    Cons: Single bed very small. Had to ask to change for another room because of that but the staff did it promptly The toilet was blocked and again they solved it quickly Tobacco smell in the floor

    Superb

    Pros: Very good location, a few meters from the Oscar Freire subway station. There's a large supermarket right next to it. Check-in was quick, there's always someone speaking English which helped. Room was rather small, but that didn't bother me, and was very clean. Minibar was stocked up with food and drinks in case of a sudden urge to have a snack. Breakfast buffet was also very nice.
    Cons: Nothing.

    I could gladly stay at this hotel again but only if my room was on the other side of the hotel.

    Pros: Breakfast was good, the room was very clean and spacious, staff friendly and helpful
    Cons: My room on the 22 Floor was noisy as ir was on the Rebouas side. Was able to sleep 1AM to 4.40 AM but had to have two pillows on my head with my phone between them playing soothing music. As a result I was pretty tired during my business meeting.

    Cons: My room was under a noise kitchen or a workplace for staff . A lot of noise during the early morning and at night. My suggestion is to equipe the walls with acoustic sound proof material.
