    Nice to take a break from life but it wasnt what I wanted. I wont stay there again

    Pros: Being in town for a staycation with my husband. I liked the balcony but it was over the pool. I wanted just a gulf view not listening to kids fight and play in the pool. The personal ac was nice
    Cons: The rooms are cheaply done. Dirty. The bathroom light fixture fell off and hit me in the head. The water fixture is coming out from the wall. The toilet is awful (too low/ wobbly). The website is nothing like the hotel. My bed at home is much more comfortable and thats saying a lot. No phone to call front desk either

    I love the location, friendly staff, and pretty pools.

    Pros: I love the location. The staff was very friendly.
    Cons: The queen beds were definitely just full beds. Very small. The room door would close fully unless I slammed it. The front desk mistakenly called us a no show and locked us out of our room while we were on the beach. So we had to wait about 45 minutes to get that straightened out after coming in from the beach.

    Cons: Room was second floor. We couldn't get cart with bags close to room. We were in this weird room outside of hall way. Cart wouldn't come out there close to room. We had to wedge to hold hall door open n wrestle bags around cart. exhausting

    The location is perfect but for price I was not impressed or happy.

    Pros: Location
    Cons: Our tv didnt work. We didnt have water for showers or any bathroom needs for part of one of the days we were there. Elevator was out of order for one of the days and even after all those issues they never offered any compensation or anything to make it right

    We enjoyed our stay and would probably stay there again.

    Pros: I liked the location. I liked the beds. They were very comfortable. Housekeepers were very nice and were great checking each day to see what we needed. The hotel honored my request to be on a higher floor. I liked that there were bathrooms on the first floor. That was convenient. We didnt use the pool but we noticed there were towels at the pool for guests to use. That is very nice. The arcade looked fun. We didnt get a chance to go in and play but nice to know it was there.
    Cons: I didnt like paying $10 a day to park. I dont understand why that is necessary. The front desk clerk at check in could have been more polite. I felt like I was bothering them. I was the only person checking in at the time. The desk clerk at check out was like that too. I needed a key and that desk clerk was very nice about it. I wish all your clerks were that nice. I worked for a resort in Myrtle Beach, SC and I know how guests should be treated. Maybe offer a customer service class to some of your desk clerks. Its my vacation. I want to be treated nicely and feel welcome.

    It was decent for what we needed

    Pros: The lobby was nice and that it was close to the beach
    Cons: Didnt like the fact that the fridge was unplugged in the room.
