Pros: The staff were amazing. Janine (sp?) was so nice, very helpful and took care to make sure we had everything we needed.

Cons: Some things needed to be repaired; the ceiling fan in one of our rooms and some lights were not working. But we had standing floor fans and it was comfortable. The kitchen cookware was not non-stick; very challenging to cook and clean.

Cons: Shower was horrible. No pressure & scorching hot to cold in seconds. Plunge spa pool more like paddling pool, didn't even come up to hubby's knee. Outdoor pool while nice temp, horrible green colour so son didn't even get in.

Pros: Perfect place to stay, great location, loved the private hot thermal pool with our room. The outdoor thermal pool was amazing great way to relax.

Cons: Dirty spa, hard beds, no privacy between the two bedrooms. Late check in & early check out. Only 1 set of toiletries for 3 people.

Pros: Really really good place overall, safe feeling, private spa in room, comfy beds, great setup for family, Upstairs/downstairs separate bathrooms were awesome and so handy too! Plus upstairs/downstairs seperate TVs!

Cons: Wasn't greeted very well - but that being said we all have good/bad days.. She may have been busy or stressed idk. No aircon, was very hot even with fans on 24/7 with doors/windows open.
