    Definitely recommend

    Pros: It’s quit sits back like its own lil community we just happen to stay here for our return trip back home and after just staying one night to rest our heads we are planning on returning. 15 minute walk to historic sites which we were not able to do because we checked in to late. They have a nice outdoor pool and a nice lil pool for the little ones. Mini golf corn hole boards as well as air hockey. Breakfast was decent they offered assorted bagels and muffins as well as cereals yogurt and fresh cut up fruit. Some breakfast sandwiches and boiled eggs. Plenty of bottled orange and apple juice as well as milk. Also I did see that they offered gluten free sliced bread and had almond milk for those that need that. All in all I would totally recommend them. Like I said we are planning on returning soon.

    A great hotel that is...

    Pros: Location was perfect. Staff was extra helpful. Steps to the free local buses. Breakfast was just what you need at no extra cost.
    Cons: The sofa bed. The mattresses are notoriously uncomfortable.

    Very comfortable Williamsburg property

    Pros: The staff are so friendly and yet quite professional. The location is excellent, the rooms are cozy and the Continental breakfast is generous.
    Cons: The particular bed that I slept on had a very tilted mattress, I felt like I had to hang onto the edge! Also, people should be aware that the breakfast area can be quite chaotic due to large numbers of children running around and people may not find a place to sit.

    Pros: Location, the staff was friendly and everything was clean.
    Cons: I didn’t like several of the breakfast sandwiches. They were hard to bite into so I couldn’t eat them. It was like eating rubber.

    Wonderful!

    Pros: Location, cleanliness, location, size of room, location and the room is comfortable. I love that they have shampoo, conditioner, and body shower gel in the bathtub. It’s a nice bonus.
    Cons: Being on the first floor, I felt people could see into my room where the bed was. I had to get ready with the curtains closed, because I didn’t want people to see me in my bathrobe.

    Great location at a fair...

    Pros: Great location, short walk (or easy shuttle bus) to sights. Clean and well appointed rooms, shower was hot with good pressure. Breakfast was great for me - hot sandwich and plenty of fruit. Bagels, toast and cereal also on offer.
    Cons: Pillows a bit lumpy and felt quite old fashioned to have a blanket/sheet combination rather than a comforter! Arrival and car parking was a little confusing in the dark - a little more light on what signs there were and better markings on the road surfaces would help this.

    Pros: When I checked in, the lady at the front desk was very helpful. We were looking for a place to eat dinner and she made some suggestions and gave us some menus to help decide. We went to 2nd street bistro and it was delicious.
    Cons: Wifi didn't want to connect to my phone . The bed was a little too firm for me.

    Clean, friendly staff, good location.

    Pros: Very friendly staff, clean facilities, good location in relation to Colonial Williamsburg. Really liked having the bus to the historic district.
    Cons: Didn't really have any complaints.
