Great week-long stay

Pros: Staff, facilities and the view is fantastic. Spa was luxurious. Food was great both at breakfast and dinner. We were very happy with our stay at Hotel Wolkenstein. Ski slopes were accessible both by shuttle to two different ski lifts and by walking to saslong 400m. As for hiking - right by the hotel goes by the bahnweg trail. Also hotel surprised us with included cake hour, finger food hour at the bar for the guests and there was live music one night.

Cons: in bathrooms there could have been more toiletries then just shampoo.

Pros: Beautiful location and fantastic views. The Freud Suite was amazing. Excellent breakfast.

Cons: The sauna was open for very limited hours. One of the toilets hadn't been flushed/cleaned when we arrived. I asked the staff to come clean it and they did.

Almost there.. needs to work out some bugs..

Pros: Nice pool and facilities, but most not working.

Cons: Rooms were sparse, no garbage bins in the room one tiny one in the bathroom, horrible toilet paper, no soaps ( silly squeeze bottle ) , no bottled water. Restaurant buffet only $60 euro

Good location for skiing access. beautiful scenery and spa. could have been more comfortable.

Pros: the location near the bus stop was spectacular. the facilities were large and nice. breakfast was great.

Cons: the beds were very hard and the spa and sauna were not very hot. also, we had a little trouble with taxis and needed to convince the staff to help us find one.
