    Pros: Very old building furniture, WiFi terrible, no comfort and also sheets provided, my whole family did not sleep well as no comfort available and AC turned to cold during the night

    Pros: Great location, great price, quiet.
    Cons: The restaurant on site was closed both days that we were there and the hot tubs were also cold the entire weekend. The front desk however, did offer up reimbursement if we wanted to go to the rec center in town and use their hot tubs. Nice of them to offer, but the facilities that are advertised should be operating and open.

    Pictures on-line terribly misleading!

    Pros: We left and never stayed.
    Cons: If there was a way to give negative stars, I would. Fabric on furniture in the room was so tattered that the threads were hanging down from the seats. Box springs were showing as if were housed in a hostel or dorm room. The carpet was nasty and loose. The toilet wouldnt fill. The view was of trash cans. And a barking dog was next door. I asked for a different room and was told it would cost extra.

    Pros: The location to Winter Park resort is good. I guess there is a shuttle to take you and pick you up.
    Cons: There is only one light switch the controls all the lights in the room, there was no clock, the bar and restaurant where closed for renovations. They should have a pedestrian bridge from the hotel to the resort.

    Pros: The location was nice. The smol yess were kind but they were understaffed.
    Cons: We stated 3 nights. We never got fresh towels, no cleaning service or replacement of products including toilet paper. The property was very dated and the furniture was broken in many places.

    Cons: The beds needed new mattresses. They had been used for chairs and listed toward the floor. The shower head was definitely a water saver that trickled water.

    It was very uncomfortable to stay at this hotel. The betting was very uncomfortable the room curtain

    Cons: The curtains have holes in the backing of the curtain you could see the sun come through. They look very old the chairs look like an animal had ripped them. The beds were very uncomfortable, very squeaky, and there was no blankets so we were cold. I had to call the front desk to bring me some blankets horrible experience. I call them and ask them for a discount and they didnt want to give me a discount.

    Great staff; everything else is awful.

    Pros: The desk staff was great: friendly, helpful, and genuinely cared. They let me know the Lift Shuttle service to the property was on demand only. They called and arranged it for me.
    Cons: The condition of this place is really bad. Carpeting is stained in numerous spots, the pseudo dining room style chairs in the room were shredded and threadbare: the pillows smelled, the room lighting was the lowest wattage possible, the handle fell off the window crank, and the walls are chipped and spotted with dirt. There is no type of food available after 10:00AM, you have to bring it in. The location requires a car: it offers nothing. You have to walk down the 4 lane highway, to cross at a traffic light. All kinds of nice activities are in the Resort over there: with determination you can get across the highway.

    Cons: Parking was very inconvenient. The air conditioner did not blow cool air until 7AM, so overnight was uncomfortable. The night attendant's attitude left a lot to be desired.
