Pros: Clean and big rooms. Nice shower and good location of hotel.

Cons: Pool was freezing and hot tub broken. Breakfast was awful, no juice, water out anything but coffee. No cereal it milk or cream cheese for bagels. Asked staff for items and no one seemed to care about anything. Made my son a waffle and by the time we got back to table, staff had thrown the whole things away. Pretty pitiful "breakfast".

Cons: No ice buckets in the room and we were told that was because people stole them!! Also, shower would not stay on unless you held the bypass button all the time! Weird. Again told it was because it was so cold the pressure wouldn’t build up ???? Bc

Great stay for the price!

Pros: We stayed for two night. It was VERY clean, not far from anything in Helena, the staff was nice. The breakfast was very good. Lots of options, handy with kids. It’s 500ft (walk distance) from Shellie’s restaurant. The pool was really cold but we weren’t staying there for the pool. We stayed for value and the value was great! I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Excellent staff, crazy value, but...

Pros: The staff was very friendly, and the remodeled portions look great. Once the transition is finished this will be a great place to stay, but their were too many unfinished bits at this point. But I loved the Dove brand toiletries!

Cons: The TV was not working, it was explained that as they transition to the new brand they are in between service providers so only a few channels were working and they were glitchy. The heat did not work well and the beds were low to the ground and quite small.

Pros: This Hotel is almost complete from a remodel. We picked it for price and pool. Location is great parking is easy. Close to shopping and restaurants.

Cons: This may seem silly but the breakfast was great but for some reason they did not offer butter for toast/ waffles . They may have been out but when I asked they said nope no butter. I survived

Cons: Breakfast was very basic, the least favourable of the 5 hotels we stayed in. The building has been bought by another company and getting renovated. We were not aware of this, at the time of booking. Checkin was long and others checking in also had problems with their booking. Our room , didn’t have a hairdryer, Kleenex, or a full roll of toilet paper. The shower had low water pressure, hot water in shower took forever. Couldn’t adjust the temperature in room. Stayed at 74. The internet keep kicking us out. The breakfast was very basic and of the 5 hotels we stayed in , during our vacation, the least enjoyable. I feel, we should have been informed of the situation at the time of booking, discount offered .

Nice Hotel, Clean and new...

Pros: The breakfast was good but we don't get up early and by the time we got down to eat( around 8:30) there was no butter left for the toast. I asked the fellow there but he said that maybe tomorrow you would get a new batch in? Overall the food was good, the dining room was clean and the hotel was nice.

Cons: I will tell you what could have been Better and I really Wish it was!! We got to our room (#327) and the thermostat was on 84 with no way to turn it DOWN?? My wife and I both tried to turn the Darn Thing DOWN but we couldn't figure it out. We opened the window(Thank God for that!) and roasted that night on Top of the Covers. I told the young man the next day but he didn't seem to care so we left?

Disappointing

Staff and facility was great.

Pros: Great location

Cons: The thermostat was not responding in our first room so we were moved to another room. My husband has mobility issues and it is difficult to move. The second room did not get above 68. That is too cold for an elderly person to have to shower in. I hope they get their heating/cooling systems up and running correctly before we stay there again.

Pros: The room was clean and comfortable after we got it warmed up

Cons: My daughter got hurt on the ladder of the pool because it was broken the pool was cold the hot tub was cloudy and the jets didnt work the hot tub water was lukewarm the bathroom in the pool area was filthy I took pictures of my daughters leg it was stuck behind the ladder and the bruising is quite large
