Pros: Good location right on the beach, nice Jamaican breakfast, light and airy rooms, well-placed balcony. WiFi worked well. Staff very friendly especially the guards at the road crossing.

Pros: Stunning beach, the most beautiful water we have ever seen, we booked a room on the beach side, but because the balcony was little we changed to a room on the garden side where the pool is nearby. You always have to cross the street but that wasn't a problem. Rooms were clean. We always had breakfast a Coco La palm which we can recommend. We also can recommend Charela Inn which is next to white sands, they have very delicious dinner.

Cons: Reception stuff is very friendly, breakfast stuff can be more friendly, no thank you for tip.

Pros: Location, location, location. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. The hotel was pretty quite overall. I felt like I was the only person there. There is parking available for free.

Cons: Crossing the busy street can be unappealing.

A super relaxing 6 nights on the beach

Pros: White Sands Negril was the perfect hotel for our trip and we will certainly stay there again on future trips to Negril. After four nights in Ocho Rios we were looking for some very chill time on the beach, and this hotel delivered. The staff (especially Blu and Jennifer at the restaurant, Carron the security guard who helps stop traffic for crossing the road from the beach to the pool/reception side, and Jeanine at reception) were so kind and helpful. The grounds are lush and beautiful, and we enjoyed swimming at the beach and in the pool and playing pool in the games room beside the pool. Seven Mile Beach is wonderful, and the hotel is a nice 10 or so minute stroll along the main road to the Hi-Lo grocery store. We ate our first dinner and several lunches at the hotel restaurant. The upstairs open air dining area is amazing at sunset, and all the food we tried was delicious. Margaritaville (with its floating trampoline, though sadly no water slide like in Ocho Rios) was also about a 10 minute walk away. We tried a couple of the restaurants at the cliffs, both of which sent drivers and we just had to pay for the return trip -- Ciao Jamaica had really good Italian food but is on the other side of the street from the cliffs. Ivan's had an amazing sunset and water view and was perfect for our last night in Negril -- thank you for the recommendation Carron. We were staying in C4, one of the one beach side bedroom suites with two twin beds in the large living room area for our 11 and 15 year old kids, and a good sized kitchen. The only air conditioning unit was in the bedroom above the very large bed, but it kept the living room cool too when we left the bedroom door open. All beds were comfortable, and we really liked having the kitchen so we could make our own breakfasts.

Cons: Once or twice the water pressure was a bit low in the shower and we had to bring our own shampoo and conditioner, but honestly we loved everything. Beach towels aren't provided but they sell them at reception if you don't have your own packed.

It was a peaceful, quiet and relaxing property.

Pros: The staff was absolutely amazing. Everyone we met was genuinely engaging, just a happy, loving set of people.

Cons: The mattress was too hard and the sheets were a little to rough.

Pros: I absolutely loved the beach it was stunning. The food was also very very good.

Cons: The service was very slow at the restaurant it takes so long for them to deliver the food im not sure how many cooks there are in the kitchen. There should be a major upgrade to the rooms because they are truly rundown.

We had a pleasant stay overall, but there is definitely room for improvement.

Pros: The beach was amazing and the food was great.

Cons: The service was super slow and some of the staff were not very pleasant. There were also bugs in the room/bed and my husband and I have bites all over our body. Although the sheets were changed, we still were bitten. The room definitely needs a major upgrade.

Pros: The Beach. Food was good and well priced. Needs a dessert menu. Good location. The pool was clean...love the beach instead. Quiet clean facility. Friendly staff. Good security and life guard. Big Bathroom.

Cons: No television, no iron or iron board in the room...had to request...old iron and no iron board. No microwave, No safe. No coffee maker. No Ice machine on property...known to us. Charge guests extra to clean the room....adds up. No prices listed for Airport Shuttle.

Cons: The rooms had no television or iron and I didnt like that they didnt offer the option to pay for meals at check in and the parking is full during the nights so not much options for parking

Cons: Selection of dishes in the restaurant is very limited. It takes forever to get your order and quality of the food is average in best case.
