Great location, friendly staff and...

Pros: Location was great. It is walking distance to Pier 39 and many attractions. There is a 7-11 right across the street which is very convenient. The rooms are comfortable and loved the wood floors. Overall a great stay with my family. Staff is very friendly.

very comfy beds & awesome...

Pros: The location was great. Close to the pier. The mattress was very comfy. Right across the street from 7-11, Great to grab late night snacks & drinks. Parking was safe and I felt my car was safe in it.

Cons: Upgrade the rooms a little. Clean the shared Microwave that sits next to the ice machine.

Pros: I like the fact that it was close to the ocean! Also, I liked how I didn’t have to worry about my vehicle because it was nicely safe behind the fence! Leaving my vehicle in the city was my biggest concern.

Cons: The hallway floors could use a cleaning. The hallways didn’t look too nice but the hotel was great.

Pros: I did love the location of the area and love that they did have a place for your vehicle and was protected. I didn't have to worry about my vehicle getting damage or items stolen. Place was great thou.

Very Good

Generally a successful stay. The staff were very helpful and welcoming.

Pros: The location was excellent and therefore very convenient for visitors to San Francisco. Public transport was easily available including cable car and City Tour buses. The heating system was rather odd - centrally controlled - so it was either 'On' or 'Off'. The staff were very understanding and accepted our needs. The room was rather small, but clean generally, with clean bedding. Fridge and coffee/tea making available - and shower/ toilet arrangements clean and adequate.

Cons: As above, the heating system required help and negotiating with staff - but this depends on individual needs obviously.

Poor

Great staff, poor management.

Pros: The location of the motel was great, very close to the Fisherman's wharf and the bay. The parking and access to the motel was secure. We did not need to worry about our vehicle or break-ins.

Cons: The motel itself was very worn down. Pictures show a cute property with well-maintained facilities. When we arrived that was not what we were met with. The owners of the property have not been reinvesting or providing regular maintenance on wear and tear-items. For example, the drain in our shower was broken, mismatched trim, and the elevator's inspection has been expired since 2019.

Pros: Location was perfect to make everything walkable. Nice clean room. Close to cruise port by 10 min. Very safe and walkable during the day. Unfortunately unable to sleep from constant fighting on streets and windows being broken. Sadly san francisco is not what it used to be. Hotel cannot be blamed for the homeless on streets but after dark it sounded like it was very dangerous outside. So much so that I thought someone would break into our hotel. Constant noise from midnight until 4am.

Cons: At night there were homeless people outside fighting and smashing windows. It sounded like alot of cars were getting broken into from unsecured parking lots.
