Pros: The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional, no air conditioning or fan in any of the bedrooms . Rooms not cleaned properly there were hair on the sofas.

Cons: Two bedroom apartment with one tiny aircon in the dining room was not enough and when we contacted the reception the guys where rude and arrogant. I paid premium rate with no facilities, I regretted booking here and wasting money

Pros: The property contains a full kitchen and is located within walking distance of many Auckland sights. Parking is available in a nearby car park and the hotel can provide an access card for an additional cost. There are several great food options within walking distance.

Cons: It was OK. Very dated. The bathroom was dirty and the shower rose leaked all over the shower and the floor. The balcony floor and rails were filthy, so you couldn't go out there. The air conditioning was extremely noisy all night. When we arrived, we were unable to be given card keys to our hotel room due to an internet outage (we finally got them at 9pm). One of the staff had to give us access. Then the safe didn't work and we had to report it twice before they eventually fixed it. When we checked out, the front desk was empty and we had to wait for a while to hand over the key. The feint desk guy was very surly, not friendly at all. We would not stay there again, nor recommend it.

Pros: Great location in terms of accessibility, but this means it is very noisy at night. Great washing machine and dryer in the two bedroom apartment, the wifi was also very good.

Cons: The gym is not onsite, the two bedroom units have one small aircon unit with none in the bedrooms or any ceiling fans I cannot imagine how hot it gets in summer. It was hot in the bedrooms during not hot days. I think they could accommodate people that would like to check out later than midday, I was told anytime after midday is another night fee. I feel it was overpriced for what it is however it was Easter so that may also contribute to high prices.

Pros: Always get welcomed by friendly staff, great location, close parking nearby. Room is spacious, comfortable and clean. Team are super kind and offer late checkout depending on bookings. Flexibility is much appreciated, would definitely come back for future visits :)

The staff were incredibly helpful...

Pros: Was in a good location, a lot of great restaurants nearby. The 24/7 reception with friendly and helpful staff was great. The included breakfast was also pretty good value.

Cons: We had some issues with the automatic lock going flat in the door and locking us out, but the staff were helpful when the problem was figured out.
