Pros: Walking distance to the mall, the Nankai Wakamashi station and the bus terminal.

Cons: Beds need upgrading. Room temperature was quite uncomfortable coz aircon was centralized and can not be adjusted. I didn't understand the front desk employee who explained that in autumn, the centralized settings could either be turbo or blasting.It was even cooler when we opened the window. The old refrigerator was noisy. Hotel breakfast menu was the same for 2 days. It was dirty under the beds. I wish i didn't see it.

The hotel seemed to me really comfortable.

Pros: My room was superbly clean. The staff used to change towels every day. As for breakfast, it included Japanese dishes and I was free to choose them and their portions. Finally, the hotel is quite close to the central station of the city. It was very convenient to get to various destinations.

Cons: Sometimes, when I came back from a walk, it was slightly cold in my room because of air conditioning, especially taking hot weather outside into account.

Pros: While the breakfast choices were not that many, they were to my taste. Also, the staffs were super friendly and kind. Make sure you go early for breakfast.

Cons: I've been to over 100 hotels, hostels, and airbnb in Japan from over 20 prefectures and being in several more hotels around the world but this is my first time to give a poor review of a hotel. The room was one of the worse I've stayed. It smelled so much of cigarettes that I could taste it in my mouth and my chest started burning. The walls itself was blatantly stained and yellowing from smoking. I'm sure the bed was clean but I didn't want to wake up smelling like cancer. I had to find another hotel that very night. I understand Japan is a huge smoking society still especially for men 40 and older and this place was blatantly made for these men and nothing more but for the price of the room and the condition it was in, especially the smell, it was largely overprice. Also the hotel has parking but oddly enough it isn't for those who paid to stay there and we had to find paid-parking around the hotel. Great Staff and Great location but the smell and the condition of the hotel really made me realize that location and staffs aren't everything.
