Pros: everything was great! loved the pool...!great hosts

Cons: the shower didn't hold the water at all and you couldn't take care of it- no tools. no place to put the towl after use.

I was actually disappointed by the staff and service, but enjoyed horses.

Pros: the horses and natural view.

Cons: The room is not warm and cozy though it is a forest view, the staff are bad and not welcoming at all. The hotel has bad service as well. You have to pay for every little thing even water in the room. No one carries your luggage at all as well. Food is bad and boring!

Pros: They have an outdoor gym with barbells which is why I booked it. breakfast was traditional Turkish and they had fresh bread that was very nice.

Cons: Water was warm not hot. building itself needs maintenance, sink faucet was loose, you have to pay for wifi in room and only one device can use passcode. in addition wifi in lobby wasnt working. Also the receptionist wasnt super helpful and didnt really seem to want to help us.

Pros: Nice view from hotel and relaxing vibe

Cons: The management is very money oriented: You don't have WiFi In the room unless u pay for it If u need to use the billiard in the hotel u need to pay for it Breakfast is not tasty, Horseback riding management is terrible,we paid for an hour mountain riding but they ended up taking us for less then 35mins because we made 2 minutes gallop or maybe less. The guide was in contact hurry to get back to the Hotel. After we shared our dissatisfaction They said if u want gallop with the horse you should reserve two hours. We reserved for the other day hoping to have a better experience since we love horseback riding but the guide didn't even end up coming so we canceled the ride. The staff are not friendly at all, no one smiles or greets you in a warm manner. The hotel is in really beautiful location but the customer service ruins all whole experience. If anyone is an experienced rider and cares about customer service, I would definitely NOT recommend this hotel AT ALL

Cons: Bad cleaning in the rooms, hardly clogged washbasin and shower No free WiFi, you should pay extra Beach was different then offer in the hotels website and booking Its not allowed to bring your food or drinks, you should buy only in the property About food - breakfasts were awful nothing similar with turkish breakfast at all, yesterdays fries and chicken nuggets from beer plate in the morning.. it was just something. another shocked thing for us was small plate with 2 black + 2 green olives for two person, I mean 4 not fresh olives for couple breakfast.. Im not gonna describe all the cringe about food but just be careful and not always breakfast included means that you are gonna have good meal in the morning generally we had a feeling that place used to be really cool but right now owners or stuff stoped to take care about it :(
