Paid same as full view but got partial view on 3rd floor in building in back.

Pros: The proximity to my parents home is what I like best. Right across the street.

Cons: Last time I booked a room with a balcony and Ocean view. I specifically booked same this time. Instead, for same exact price, they put us in a room on third floor, with a view of the building in front of us on the right and trees on the right. When I made the reservation, I called and specifically inquired about the view and was not told anywhere at anytime that it would be a partial view. On the contrary, I was told it was a full ocean view with balcony. I paid for full view, expected full view and got partial view, with perfect view of building in front. On top of that, there was NO hot water. We told front desk when we discovered that and told them everyday until we left!!!!!! it was never fixed, even though, each time they said they were sending maintenance. This was the worst overpriced mess of of place. Will never book there again. There is a lovely place just up the way Called The Lucie, always a spectactular ocean view and hot water.

Amazing location, great staff, could use a little renovation.

Pros: The beach is the best! Thanks Oceanside for cutting us a break since the weather was not so great.

Cons: Are usually prefer the main building. The unit we were in was tired. The bathroom was not in good working order had to lift the lid and play with the plumbing to make it flush

Pros: Employees went above and beyond to make sure our stay was very comfortable. CeCe, Lee, Bobby including all the staff.

Cons: The steps going back and forth to the beach should have a different color at the end to step up and down the same color makes it a bit dangerous for guests. Just a suggestion.

Cons: Advertisement did Not mention that there was a smaller Hotel building behind the main one advertised. I expected to have a great ocean view. I got barely a glimpse of the ocean through trees and the main Motel building. Got charged the same. Not happy...

Disappointed that my view of the ocean was not very good. Paid 450 a night, should have been better
