    Pros: For our purposes the location was perfect. Our only issue at all was the language barrier.
    Cons: Need more staff at the front desk with English skills. We did have to come down to the lobby to order room service or any other requests as only one manger spoke fluent English and another front desk person was fairly able to communicate. All others used a translation app as we did as well. Thank Goodness for technology!!

    Pros: Very good room and excellent high-speed internet with both LAN and wifi connections. Pool was nice. Breakfast OK.
    Cons: Staff have little english, but we managed to get by.

    Pros: Nice pool & gym facilities. Clean, large rooms with friendly staff. Buffet breakfast with Asian & Western options. Good price for what you get! Close to train and Peking Univ.
    Cons: Reception staff speak limited English. Safe didn't work in the room.

    Cons: The staff was somewhat rude to my requests for help or clarification. I was under the impression they felt like they were wasting their time by talking to me.
