    Pros: Close to the beach without costing a fortune.
    Cons: They use way too much chlorine or whatever cleaning agent they use in the hallway. Was hard to breathe.

    Pleasant stay.

    Pros: The location is good. The rooms are large and equipped with a fridge and microwave and lots of hanging space. The man on reception was very nice and helpful.
    Cons: The reception isn’t 24 hour, you need a key to get in after 10:30. As a solo female I wondered what would happen if I had my bag stolen with the key in it, or if I lost the key. Although there is a microwave, there’s no crockery or cutlery. The bathrooms could do with an update. The shower was hard to keep to temperature and the tub was damaged and rusty.

    Exciting and fanatic experience

    Pros: The room was large comfortable ,clean the hotel is in good location. Staff is very good.Its great if you wish to visit ocean drive often.5min to beach.Microwave, coffee makes, fridge included
    Cons: Our room was downstairs next the street, therefore noisy at night during spring breaks .The hotel is great .

    A lovely place to be...

    Pros: The location is amazing, the hotel is very close to the beach without the noise of Ocean Drive. The staff is very kind and gentle; they do everything they can to make you feel comfortable. Our room was giant with a lot of space.
    Cons: A small note: we didn't have the refill for the coffee machine.

    Great experience overall! Central location...

    Pros: Central location and clean rooms. 2 minute walk from ocean drive (all the action). Less than 10 minute walk to the beach. Friendly employees at the reception. Not the most modern looking place, but can't complain for the price. They also sell tours which I found to be convenient.
    Cons: Only slight annoyance with my room was the proximity to the street. Depending on the room you get, will be hearing some noise (cars revving, motorcycles) on the weekend. This is the price to pay when you're so close to the action!

    Pros: The location is fantastic, minutes walk away from Miami Beach and close to South Point Park, which are the highlights of a visit to Miami
    Cons: The rest was very basic; old fashioned rooms with small bathroom and noisy air con & fridge. Which could be fine if the cost wasn't so high. You purely pay for location.
