    Pros: Lovely ambience, quite "quirky", staff very helpful and friendly. Good selection of bars/restaurants on the doorstep. Comfortable room, lush shower!
    Cons: Perhaps a little far out from the main attractions for some (25 - 30 min walk) but I knew where it was when booked so it's not a dislike more an FYI.

    Good location, easily accessible, recommended...

    Pros: The location of the property is within walking distance from the Metro station, there are supermarkets nearby. The restaurants are quite upscale and have fine dining. We walked a little ahead in the neighborhood to find cheaper options. The initial room given to us was quite congested and claustrophobic, upon request it was changed to a much better room on the lower floor. However, the heater wasn't working in any of the rooms. Some of the staff were quite helpful in guiding us regarding the transport options and the locations with cool vibes and clubs.
    Cons: I found some staff quite nonfriendly and uninterested in responding politely. The heater wasn't working. Unhappy with the initial room given, should not have been offered to us in the first place as that was not the type of room we paid for.

    Great location, clean, warm, quiet...

    Pros: Location was good and close enough to the train station to walk from the Eurostar. Good location for exploring local shops and cafes and a nice walk to the more touristy shops and food helping to burn a few calories from all the delicious food, chocolate and beer (up hill on way back)! Very nice foyer with little bar and coffee facilities and breakfast, of pastries and cereals, if you so choose, we didn’t so can’t vouch for breakfast but it looked and smelt fine. Very comfortable and clean rooms and warm. Cleaners called every day and also replenished tea and coffee items in the room. We were also allowed to leave our bags in the hotel on the last day until we were ready to head to the station for our journey home at the end of the day.
    Cons: Nothing not to like really.

    Generally a nice place with...

    Pros: A cute hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Generally the stay was quit comfortable and pleasant. Also the location is very comfortable with a metro, tram, bus nearby, as well as good choice of restaurants and cafes.
    Cons: It's better to avoid a room nr 02 on the ground floor, otherwise you'll her door knocking all night long. We had to ask to change the room, because we hadn't slept well because of that noise.

    Pros: The breakfast was fresh and good, the rooms were clean, the location is next to a lot of restaurants and really close to a ferris wheel. We visited everything it is to visit in Bruxelles without any public transportation because everything it was kinda close (except the atomium because it was like 6 km, but it was a subway nearby). The staff were really polite and nice with us. Everything was great.
    Cons: Maybe the room was kinda small, but that was what we choose when we selected the rooms, but it wasn't that big of a deal because we were out most of the time.

    Wonderful staff and quirky decor...

    Pros: The decor downstairs is great and the breakfast was simple but ideal for a quick stop before work. The staff are excellent and the location was perfect for my work. The bed was very comfortable.
    Cons: The rooms are a bit tired and could do with a refresh.
