Just a heads-up for fellow guests: The abundance of floor-to-ceiling mirrors may surprise you, but don't let that deter you from experiencing the charm and comfort this place offers. Pros: Modern, Clean and perfect location. Staff were really helpful and I loved staying here.

Cons: In our first room we were allocated the air con didnt work. In the second room we were given the air con worked but it was so loud that it affected our sleep. The units need upgrading desperately.

Except for my few comments, our stay at this hotel was good. Lisbon is a wonderful place!

Pros: Location was excellent. Breakfast was fairly equitable to the price.

Cons: Bathroom floor have the.tendency to be slippery when the water leaked from the shower cubicle. Towels were super old and the bed was a bit saggy.

Pros: The hotel and the room was fantastic, extremely clean and comfortable. The staff was extremely helpful with every request where we needed help from them. The location is excellent and is close to all the attractions. I spent 5 nights in the hotel and thoroughly enjoyed it.

Ideal location with friendly staff and an excellent breakfast.

Pros: The location was super convenient, and the staff were always great. Room met expectations. The breakfast was a surprise - the hotel was able to fit a lot in a small space, with excellent quality. Appreciated the variety of fresh fruit. I don't normally eat a lot of pastries for breakfast, but they were delish! Also appreciated that you could order eggs, etc. to order (although the portions were a bit too large).
