    Pros: Fantastic communication with front desk staff, especially Deon. Excellent location, close to MRT. Good facilities - including continental breakfast.
    Cons: There wasn't anything I didn't like. I would definitely recommend & stay again.

    The staff exceeded my expectations especially the reception staff by the name of Keith.

    Pros: Close to all locations. Access to public transport and restaurants.
    Cons: The exterior could do with a fresh paint so it doesnt give the persona of a run down place.

    Clean, professional, value for money

    Pros: The location was excellent and good value for money. The staff were always professional and friendly. The pool was clean and definitely enjoyed after a long day in the Singapore heat.
    Cons: The breakfast was very average. More variety would be good, fruit salad and some cooked bacon, tomatoes and hash browns would be a good start.

    Massive rooms, great location and staff are wonderful

    Pros: Hotel staff were so friendly and accommodating. Even surprised our 4 year old on his bday with presents and a cake. Pool was enough to cool off and good little play ground for our 16month old and 4 year old. Fantastic location!

But it is very limited Lots of space to move around which was great

    Pros: great location, super clean linen, soft towels, all facilities for home from home stay, overall generally clean and comfortable, very hospitable friendly staff.
    Cons: it could do with a bit of updating and renovation in places.

    comfortable, convenient and pleasant

    Pros: Very friendly and pleasant staff all throughout - front desk, cleaning, breakfast room, doorman etc. Location - near restaurants, supermarket, MRT station but quiet Clean and well equipped internally.
    Cons: exterior of the building a bit run down and could do with a refurbishment, but that did not impact on our stay at all breakfast options could be more varied from day to day (but the ladies in the breakfast room were lovely and very thoughtful)
