Fab hotel with lovely staff, great facilities and nice food and drink

Pros: We went slightly out of season and it was nice and quiet. Always space round the pool with shade if you wanted it. The staff were fantastic. Super attentive and friendly. All inclusive was very worth the money

Cons: Slightly out the way from all the main areas in Cancun so f you wanted to travel to the clubs/party areas it was about 40 minutes away

Pros: Pools and service.

Cons: Expensive taxi rides to go to Hotel Zone or anywhere bc it's not located in Cancun but considered to be in Isla Mujeres County. It's like paying $50 plus or more for every taxi ride.

full of americans ,but i,d maybe stay longer another time

Pros: coffee machine when i got it working space in room though a different shape to what i had booked great bed/bath etc restaurant staff great recept.assist manager/evening manager very helpful

Cons: nipppy female consierge wasn,t helpful checkin guy bit off soup in restaurant like a bowl of cream ,not great

We went as a family with two 20+ kids and did have a great time!

Pros: The resort is nice & grounds were well maintained! Pools are nice! Restaurants were good & waiters were amazing! Like the hammocks on balconies!

Cons: The almost 4 hours spent on a membership tour & discussion wasted half of our first full day there! There were not many options for breakfast or lunch! The rooms needed updating! Not much to do at night on the resort! Should have more comfortable chairs in living rooms & on balconies!

I would not stay again, I can get the same view for a lower price.

Pros: The staff is very nice. And it was a beautiful location.

Cons: Over priced and you cant eat anywhere at the resort without a reservation. So we had to just eat outside of the resort because everything was booked. And it's not an all you can eat. They charge by each food you get, and they double charged me for the food. I did not know until I left.

Pros: The food was lovely along with the staff, room was dated however it was huge very comfy and had everything you need only moan was Jacuzzi bath to small especially if your larger or taller.

Cons: Lack of entertainment or anything to do in the evenings no bars open after 11pm including sports bar and nothing close to hotel also Limited food options especially if restaurants full and no buffet open day. Many thanks

Pros: the resort is very nice and clean . the staff very friendly and responsive .

Cons: variety of the restaurants that open for dinner . 2 restaurants are Italian ( one of them is an Italian buffet ) , 3rd restaurant is a steak house . and 1 sport Bar. would be nice to have instead 2 Italian cuisine something different .

Amazing all in one!

Pros: Everything! The hotel is very clean and the put a lot of effort to keep it that way. The rooms are big with super comfortable beds and pillows. The personal is amazing!! I would love to name all of them but I dont remember all the names. I remember Marlene who cleaned our room, David at the pool. In all the restaurants they were so nice!! Even at the Starbucks!!! My favorite person was Lina, the yoga instructor and the two ladies that help her to prepare everything for the class. I already miss you!!
