Villalia is a property management company providing modern and functional holiday homes, ranging from a villa to chalet across Lanzarote Island and La Toja Island in Spain. The company which started in 2007 streamlines vacation rental processes, from booking to arrival of guest at the house.
Villalia is comprised of a multidisciplinary team, offering a personalized service to address all the needs of its guests and make their stay as memorable as possible.
So how does it work? Guests may simply check on the company’s website for available properties and choose the one that suits them most. They may also contact the team for suggestions. The booking confirmation is sent via email as soon as possible where guests are required to settle a percentage of the total amount via bank transfer or credit card. Keys or access code to the villa are provided to the guests after the outstanding amount is settled and a security deposit is made. Guests are only allowed entry to the villa after 3 pm, while departure is at 10 am.
Villalia implements strict guidance on the number of people. Children aged up to two years old are included in the count but are free of charge. Pets are allowed in the villa.
