    Pros: This hotel was surprisingly comfortable and had a great view of the city. The spa is wonderful and the rooftop dining with views of the entire city were breathtaking. Its also right across the street from the university and at the top of the hill so you can just leave out of the hotel and get right onto the train without strenuous work. Guven at the front desk was very personable and accommodating helping me understand the area and making my trip as comfortable as possible. I didnt even have to bring my bags upstairs which was a big help after a 12 hr flight from Chicago. We will definitely stay here again as its in a great location in the city for easy travel to the landmarks comfy beds and friendly and professional staff.
    Cons: I didnt like the fact that the stairs in the front had no handicap ramp so it was difficult to push my childs stroller into the building but I believe this is a trend through the entire city so its something you kinda have to deal with in Istanbul. Id also like some kinda American targeted foods for breakfast besides French fries lol. Pancakes and scrambled eggs usually does it. Also in America Im use to getting multiple keys to the room so if one person leaves out they can get back in or if we separate. I understand that you cant really take the key out the room because u have to leave it in a slot on the wall in order to power the room. Interesting feature. Great for the hotel not to lose keys but for the consumer who may want to lay in the bed and watch tv while his family eats breakfast, not so much. I didnt bother me tho so it wasnt that big of a deal.

    Pros: Absolutely spotless hotel and the staff couldn't do enough for us. They are so friendly and helpful. Great central location, literally 2 minutes walk to the metro, which is then a 5 minute ride for about 10p to the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia and Topkapi Palace. The buffet breakfast was typical Turkish food and us being of Italian heritage were more than happy with it. Even if you are a bit fussy there is something you could eat. If not, there is a fantastic food stand directly outside that serves a fantastic choice of sandwiches and kebabs with cheese toasties for less than a pound. Would definitely recommend this hotel and when I do return to Istanbul, I would definitely stay here again!

    Recommended. Great Location and excellent value for money.

    Pros: Location is excellent. Staff were extremely helpful and very friendly. Pool and Spa facilities were very good. Breakfast was very good.

    I have been to Istanbul 4 times, this visit was disastrous.

    Pros: The location was good.
    Cons: We did not have access to the SPA and the swimming pool. Towels and bathrobes were not provided at the SPA. The fridge didn't work, they came and fixed it and then left it in the middle of the room. The breakfast was very poor. Due to these conditions, I left a day earlier.

    Terrible, scam, save your money and energy!

    Pros: The llcstion is perfect. Hotel is before destruction, guests are smoking so you can smell cigarettes on floor, furniture is broken, electricity doesnt work and its DANGEROUS for children. Be very careful. Im very polite but this was worst experience on booking for me. I even had hair in my bed, yet they asking for cap in swimming pool. Minibar. Random items in your room. I will be very careful with bookingcom due to this experience. Pictures are fake. Disgusting place.
    Cons: Real pictures and info would be nice.

    Cons: The staff whom I contacted with through the +90 543 458 88 28 was very rude to me over phone conversation. He was forcefully trying to sell the airport pick up service to me with 60 or 70. Besides, he was quoting that I must need to book the airport pickup service if I need to confirm the room booking. Which seems to me very unprofessional behavior from such hotel. I hope booking.com will look after such issues so that customer dont have any bad experience in future.

    Pros: breakfast had a decent variety
    Cons: had to ask for things multiple times ie. asked for an iron 3 times during the day before it was sent to room at night. mentioned on the first day that the refrigerator was not working and they said they would send someone to look at it but no one came to look at it during our 5 day stay even though i asked multiple times. The heated pool was not heated and unusable for the kids. Rooms were not clean, wooden door frames falling apart at the bottom
