Pros: Super clean bathroom, clean room, comfy bed, kind staffs. Location was good for my purpose.

Cons: Noise. Floor was squeaky and I could hear noises from all over - outside the building, upstairs, next door, ... I could even hear someone snoring during the night. If you are sensitive to noises, probably consider somewhere quieter.

Pros: The property and decor was nice and being close to the Skytrain was one reason we booked here.

Cons: We made a booking for 5 on Booking.com but when we checked in the room only had two doubles. The hotel had no cots or extra rollaway beds available so my daughter had to sleep on pillows/extra sheets and blankets on the floor for two nights.

Bad location for business professionals

Pros: Staff and hotel was beautiful and clean.

Cons: There was a shooting right in front of the hotel and I did not know the hotel was located in such a bad part of town. We did not feel safe in that area. There was no desk in the rooms and the restaurant attached to the hotel was closed.

Wonderful stay in downtown Vancouver

Pros: Front desk staff were fantastic, informative, efficient and most helpful - prior to and during check in. Our room and the hotel were very clean and exactly as pictured. Beds were luxurious. Bathroom was gorgeous. Nespresso machine in lobby and in our room was very much appreciated.

Pros: I really like to be honest when writting my reviews. The staff is polite, friendly and very helpful. The hotel is beautiful, the style is elegant, chic and super clean. The bed is comfy but its not of help if the whole place is noisy and loud. I booked a double bed room, size was..ok..

Cons: Unfortunately I didn't believed what other reviews said: YOU WONT SLEEP BECAUSE OF THE NOISE. If you want a place where to sleep in this area, dont book here because you are not going to be able to sleep. I could here every single step from the persons who where staying in the room above us. At 2 am in the morning the person staying in the next room arrived and starting playing a podcast or some news so loud I could hear what they were talking about, I could even understand everything, the language everything. I said Ok maybe its me but I could hear the whole podcast in the hallway. Yes I call reception desk and ofcourse they knocked the door and made him lower the volume. At 8 am, I could hear everyone walking talking, the people who were working outside, the people on the room above us talking, the alarm of my neighbor. I honestly was sleep deprived. The cleaning ladies making a lot of noise.. dang I was so deprived I started believing I was placed in that area because of my nationality, but no the whole friggin hotel is not insulated. It is really sad that being a nice, clean and beatufiul hotel they cant insulate the walls or atleast some kind of notice to the people staying to mind their noise, but it wont help because even the floor is noisy :) So sad a chic hotel but I wouldn't stay here if I have to sacrifice my sleep. >>> ALSO BECAREFUL WHEN TAKING A SHOWER, THE SHOWER HEAD COMES OFF AND CAN HIT YOU! <<<< It is that kind of showerhead with a hose and whenever you turn off the water, because of the lack of pressure the whole head comes off and hits hard :)

Cons: First night I was in a noisy room with poor internet connection, that cause me lots of trouble, since I had zoom meetings and online work which I could not perform.
