Pros: The staff was friendly and helpful. Bed was super comfortable.

Cons: The rooms had been renovated but had a cavernous feel. There were many hockey teams staying on site that were 100% out of control. The parents/teams used common areas as their own space, throwing their garbage on the floors, drying smelly wet hockey equipment everywhere including by the pool. The kids had gone into plant areas and tracked wood shavings all over and into the pool making it dirty and unusable. The kids were not monitored by their parents and were running and screaming through the halls past 2am. Security asked them to return to their rooms at 1130pm but then did not enforce, making it impossible for other guests to sleep. I suspect this is the norm as the carpet in the rooms have been changed out for flooring, which makes for easier cleanup, but very cold on the feet. With the garbage throughout the hotel, it felt like a 2 star motel.

Be careful staying here, you will have to pay thousands of dollars in deposits for no reason

Pros: Close to the pool, staff was nice

Cons: Was charged over $1600 for 2 rooms for one night stay which is absolutely ridiculous, it took over a week to get my money back. Finally after a month and phoning 4 times and having staff be rude to me and acting like everything is normal, the money finally went back onto my card. I still have been charged an extra 330 that was posted to my card with no explanation that I need to sort out, I will be calling management.

Cons: The room was quiet dirty. Dust on the bed frame, picture frames, on top of cabinet, dust on walls and vent.. i have allergies so this cause issues. Bed was also not the most comfortable.

Pros: Excellent location in Brandon. We had adjoining rooms poolside which made it easier to visit. Hot tub was wonderful and clean. Quiet, restful place. Nice to have a dining room on site so we could eat there rather than go out.

Pros: Only thing I enjoyed this time was that staff put us in same room as last stay so that was nice and location of hotel

Cons: The staff were not responsive. Had to call twice and 2 occasions for towels. Took over an hour to get even after walking to front desk and asking again. We had things to do and had to wait to shower. There were needles outback in parking lot! Was alot of traffic in and out from people not staying at hotel. To me looked very shady. Didnt feel safe going outside in parking lot alone after dark. The restaurant it took over an hour to get our first drinks. With ordering food our restaurant stay was 3 hours from start to finish! Drinks were made wrong. Noone knew about gluten-free menu and couldn't talk to chef. Food was meh! Over all we have stayed there 4 times. And 3 times before were good except restaurant was same experience took to long and meh. But this 4th time was the end of us staying there ever again. Finding needles and watching what was going on there. Our toilet seat was loose from the beginning too had to be careful sitting hahaha. Showers have no pressure doesn't matter what time of day. This last stay was a great big zero on the ratings.
