Pros: Close to Main train station. METRO FRANKFURT with its multiple culinary facilities, Indian, Mexican, Japanese, Turkish, Italian, German, convenience stores and ATMs etc within walking distance. Room was simple but sufficient with typical amenities. I did not see an ironing board. The room I was in had shower and no tub. (fine with me). I would go to this hotel again. Overall hotel looked clean and modern with good maintenance.

Pros: Clean & quite. Very friendly staff. Parking on premises and a nice little bar/eating area.

Cons: A little further from the old part of Heidelberg than we were hoping for.

Pros: the breakfast was good and had a nice spread of food. and the staff were very accommodating

Cons: We arrived at night and we did not feel safe walking in the streets at night. The bathroom in our room was not clean --- there was little trash in the trash can and a pair of soiled socks were hanging in the towel rack.

Great hotel

Pros: The staff, without exception, were friendly and helpful. Every request we had was made possible. Although our room was small, it was very well equipped, comfortable and exceptionally clean. Location was convenient, very close to shops and only a few minutes walk to the train station

Cons: As other people have said the area isn't the greatest, but it is near the main station and most cities are the same.
