Absurdly expensive given the quality...

Pros: Good location, easy to find from Hbf. Staff helpful and friendly. Room ready at check-in.

Cons: The place is a bit run down, especially in the common areas (corridors). Wi-Fi very slow. The corridors need to be recarpeted and painted. Room facilities also need attention: leaking shower, loose mirror.

The room met our needs...

Pros: Close to the train station and attractions in the Alte stadt. The interior room we stayed in was very quiet (no street noise).

Cons: Very poor assortment of kitchen utensils and cookware made preparation of meals difficult, The bathroom was small and cramped. The refrigerator was set too cold and some of our food items froze. The pillows were quite uncomfortable.

Pros: Close to HBF - very convenient for sightseeing. Extra living area is good

Cons: Loft apartment was very hot upstairs despite the air conditioning. Also awkward to negotiate the stairs/ avoid bumping head on ceiling. Very small bathroom. No tea or coffee provided but there is a kettle.

Pros: Breakfast was good. Location was great. There was a small stove with plates, cutlery , a sink and microwave oven

Cons: It can be a bit noisy (lots of ambulances and police vehicles passing). There wasn't any air-conditioning. We had a fan instead. It was a hot spring day the first day and it was warm. In summer, it'll probably be like an oven in those rooms. Bathroom was extremely small but that wd have been ok if the rest was better.
