Pros: Great location very close proximity to all shops beach and restaurants. Very friendly and helpful staff. Lovely cleaner who came and cleaned the room every day and provided fresh linen and towels

Cons: The air conditioning wasn't very good. Seemed like it was a little temperamental the balcony door had to be closed to activate which is fine but sometimes it just felt like it wasn't on. We woke up most mornings with very dry throats and stuffy noses as there was just no air. The sliding door to the wardrobe continually got stuck. The rooms look much bigger in the advertisement pics than what they are.

gorgeous hotel by the sea!

Pros: I loved my stay at Hotel URH Excelsior. Right by the beach. Gorgeous view onto the sea from my balcony. The staff was so nice. Always helpful and very professional. I definitely recommend to all and i will surely stay there again if i come back to beautiful Lloret!
