Pros: I appreciate that it is within 10 minutes of my work assignment, the restaurant has excellent food, it includes a gym and the staff are all super friendly and helpful.

Outdated hotel with terrible parking...

Pros: It was conveniently located so that most restaurants were less than ten minutes away. It also was right next door to the event center where we saw a show one of the nights.

Cons: To start the room feels very outdated. The shower did not have a full door on it. It had a half glass partition so the water would usually spray out past the glass onto the bathroom floor. No towel hook near the shower it was on the opposite end of the room so you have to walk across the room to get your towel. It had a very small TV in it with very limited channels. Most of the time the channels did not work or they would loose signals and cut in and out, so most of the time we would not even turn it on. The parking lot was across the street and was also small so parking was difficult. The main issue is since it’s right in front of the event center the hotel does not reserve spots for hotel guests. The hotel allows public event parking overfilling the lot so that there is no room for its guests. Both nights we stayed on the weekend there was an event going so if we drove anywhere there was usually no spot available when we came back. We had to park in a random non designated area or park out on the street. Very frustrating that they don’t monitor the lot or keep it reserved for guests instead of just letting anyone in to fight for a parking spot.

Pros: Clean and well equipped rooms. Friendly staff.

Cons: Area it’s located in is a bit sketchy. Some intoxicated adults roaming the halls making noise when I tried to sleep.
