Pros: The physical location is great. Built at the very end of the conurbation with lovely walks to the North along the beaches that front salt works. You can walk for miles and miles in both directions. The large marble stairway was good for room access and I am sure many of the rooms have good views too. There is a free public car charging plug about 400m along from hotel.

Cons: Lots of teenages running around the corridoors playing knock a door run when I was there. Poor parking availability on the roads near by as all the spaces are blue painted rather than white. A pretty underwhelming feel to the place if I am brutally honest.

Cons: 0 out of 10. while staying at the hotel, money was stolen from my wallet. The hotel management did not want to help in any way to find out who stole. instead they said that they did not have any cameras and could not view anything. They were able to provide us with a printout of the entrances to the room, but they completely did not match where we were at that moment. Having provided evidence to the hotel management, they did not want to believe us and sent us to the police. After we wrote about this in reviews of the hotel, the management began to threaten us that they would contact the police and that we were slandering their integrity. The reason for everything was that they found some videos that prove that we set everything up. When we asked to show us this video, they said that it was only for the police. (Earlier they told us that they could not help us in any way since there were no cameras in the department, except for the one at the entrance to the hotel) I highly do not recommend the hotel because of the very bad attitude hotel management. Also, I would like to add about the restaurant. Some of the food that is in the public domain is dirty and not washed. Vegetables in the mud. Also, be prepared for the fact that at dinners you will have to pay for normal drinking water. Otherwise, they will pour you water from the tap, which the reception itself does not recommend drinking and suggests using filtered water when entering the hotel.

Amazing location, super friendly staff but very mediocre and overpriced

Pros: The location is unbeatable: right on El Estanys beach which is the best beach for swimming in all of Mallorca. Beautiful views from the room, and EXTREMELY friendly and attentive staff. Good breakfasts. Clean room, with a balcony and great water pressure in the shower and a very nice Climalit double paned windows that blcok all the sound. Beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas are available at the front desk.

Cons: The hotel doesn't correspond to its 4-star rating: the room interiors and the furniture is cheap and dated, with worn stained carpets in the hallways, uncomfortable mattresses and two single beds side by side instead of queen beds with large blankets. Everything about the hotel screams "cheap" -- starting with the quality of food available for breakfast and especially dinner (no proper espresso machine during breakfast), and ending with the old inefficient air conditioning system in rooms. The hotel is overrun with the German vacationers, and the staff speaks German more than Spanish. Generally, not a good value, but if you're there for the beach just go for the breakfast only plan.

If you look for a relaxing holiday

Pros: Superb location, close to a couple of beaches and 20 minutes away from Es Trenc, walking distance. The staff was very helpful and nice. Our room was facing the sea and we could hear the chilling sounds of the waves while sleeping. On the check out they allow us to use a courtesy room where we could have a shower so we had the chance to enjoy the last day at the seaside even if we left the room. Definitely relaxing time.

Cons: The elevator was desperately slow for the amount of people in the hotel

Cons: So disgusting...so so so dirty. The bathroom had muds and the sheets were never changed. The secretary asked for money to give us conditioning for the hair and shampoo.
