Pros: The room, the view & most of all the kind staff. Enjoyed our stay and were blown away by the friendly staff. Very comfortable stay and the room sizes were great.

Cons: The pool area was lovely but the bar wasnt regularly attended to. The facilities in areas were a little tired and a lot of the areas werent occupied. Lounge with arguably the best view was closed, the activities area was closed. The gym needs an upgrade a lot of equipment tired or not working.

Pros: The hotel looks beautiful. The rooms are the biggest hotel rooms I've ever come across and the sea views are exceptional.

Cons: The restaurant needs some work. The lunch was average and the breakfast was really disappointing.

Relaxing and pleasant hotel

Pros: A location with a beautiful ocean view. Rooms are spacious and clean. We were not disturbed by anything throughout our stay at this hotel. The territory is small, but quite well arranged so that you have your relaxation space. Amazing staff - wonderful people who do their best to make you feel good.

Cons: There is nothing outside the hotel, you can't go out by foot because everything is far, but a taxi to the city is quite cheap and accessible. You can enjoy the sun until 3:30 PM, after that it disappears behind the hotel and you can no longer enjoy. Access to the beach can only be in the afternoon, when the water recedes, but you cannot swim in the ocean. Small diversity for breakfast, also for the restaurant. Avoid SPA in the hotel - unprofessional staff.

Pros: Stunning location. The suites are fantastic, very spacious, clean and offer great views.

Cons: The beach was dirty with rubbish and debris and difficult to access over rocks. Wouldnt hurt to have a beach clean as just along the beach at another hotel, the sand was clear of rubbish and debris.

Pros: The staff are amazing from the valet to the front desk to the manager everyone was striving to make my stay an amazing one and they succeeded

Cons: The only thing this property falls short compared to all others Ive stayed in is the food! The breakfast was horrible food was not nice the day the least with options like cold spring rolls and Xiao long bao with us a soup dumpling that in this buffet was filled with some potato and veg the bacon was atrocious the coffee was ok though I hate it give a negative rating but I must say it how it really was!

Pros: This property has a million dollar view from the lobby and the rooms. The restaurant serves very good food, and the breakfast is ok. It is in need of some care. It is deteriorating and except for the gardener, we didnt see much effort to keep it up. Some staff is helpful and some is below average .
