Good but we were not impressed

Pros: The room and the breakfast was nice. I had also an excellent massage in the spa room

Cons: The bed was uncomfortable, and for the room cleaning were coming after 17:30pm, an hour that we returned in our room to rest. So for this reason we did not have a clean room for 2 days out of a total of 3 nights. It was a good hotel but needs to be improved the room service. For the money that we pay we were expected something more more better.

Pros: This place had it all! Fantastic facilities, awesome rooftop infinity pool & great activities for our entire stay. We definitely will be back again! All you can eat buffet was also incredible.. such a great selection of food!

Pros: Location, amenities were good.

Cons: Cleanliness of the room was sub-par, pool needs maintenance, treadmills gave electric shocks, breakfast selection needs rotation and variety.

Nice accommodation and great facilities

Pros: Location was excellent, breakfast had a good variety (although english breakfast tea and coffees were at an extra cost), facilities were great, roof top pool lovely and new bar and specialty shops on site. Close to convenience stores and short walk to market stalls and restaurants.

Cons: We had a suite with a pool which was nice and spacious, however in need of some TLC. Decking around the pool had nails coming out and needed to be secured. The lounge area and kitchen is outside so no escaping the heat. (poor design). The master bedroom is huge and could easily be set up with a lounge area in the airconed room. We booked the 2-bed suite, so we had an area for our whole family to hang out (some were in other rooms downstairs), however because the lounge area was outside it was far too hot for us to hang out there so everyone went to their rooms where the aircon was. This was disappointing to us and such an easy fix to enclose the lounge and kitchen areas so that aircon could be used if required. You basically enter your room and it is still outside everywhere but your bedroom.
