Pros: Such lovely staff working here, everyone was amazing. Gill at reception was great and when we had an issue in our room, the lovely Jasmine sorted it out so quickly giving us a super seaview room. The breakfasts were fabulous and we also had a nice meal in the restaurant.

An excellent value for money...

Pros: The area, the gardens are absolutely beautiful and have been cared for diligently, a delight to walk around and explore. The building is beautiful and very clean, lots of original features and sympathetically decorated. The food was all excellent. Are there both nights and each dish and all the dishes our party bought were very tasty. The breakfast had loads of choice and the cooked breakfast was hot and plentiful. Totally superb

Cons: The heating in our room didn’t work, however house keeping were prompt in supplying a spare portable heater. We were told maintenance would be up to fix it but they never came. The portable heater was perfectly sufficient, however this was a known problem in our room and should have been resolved prior to our stay.
