Not Happy with the hotel

Pros: It was in Great location

Cons: Everything it was a mess bathroom was not clean ring in the tub , spiderwebs over pictures and in corners, walls dirty and stuff on them , floor coming up paint peeling off walls ,curtains look like they were going to fall and very dirty holes in the wall where the cable cord coming out , huge gap between the entrance door no Kleenex in the room furniture was old and out dated over all horrible hotel

Cons: We didn’t get the room we paid for, and couldn’t get a discount because it was prepaid. First two rooms we looked at had dirty bathrooms!!! Also, only first and Second floors were available. Other 3 floors were under construction!! Remodeling was allot of noise.

Cons: The room was dirty, holes in the floor, holes in the bathtub. Bathroom had no heat. Refrigerator was nasty. No lampshade on the lamp. Sheets and mattress were nasty. Splatters of something all over the wall around the TV. We ended up canceling and had to scramble to find a place to stay.

Cons: It could use a bit cleaner rooms, and the construction on the above 3rd floor was so loud.

Pros: We were there 3 days no body wash empty shampoo empty. Bed never made just took towels and put new. Breakfast included was promised no breakfast was told due to low occupancy.

Cons: No free breakfast and we’re doing maintance redoing rooms rolls of carpet in hall. Construction vehicles. 2 metal containers out side door doing construction after hours

Cons: We ended up not staying here due to the horrible conditions of this hotel from the outside to the rooms. Manager/Staff was rude, there were people in our room that we were given. Then the 2nd room was absolutely filthy.

Cons: Breakfast advertised from 7-10. Friend went at 8:30 and all she got was juice. Everything else was gone. I went at 9am and the door was locked I couldn’t even get in. Smoke detector was dangling from the wall. No toilet paper in our room when we checked in. Went to the front desk a few times and there was nobody to be found. There was nothing on booking.com saying the entire property was under construction. Trucks and construction supplies all over the property and parking lot. Neighbours look like they live at the hotel and sat outside with the door open and the smell coming from their room was awful. Paid for a “mountain view” room but only got a parking lot and back of a restaurant view. Toilet was off kilter and wiggled when you sat down. Also build up of dust around the baseboards and in the corners, especially behind the door) Coffee machine in room was broken. Missing a piece so my friend couldn’t make coffee (and couldn’t get any at the “breakfast” that we paid for but never got) WORST HOTEL EVER!!! I have contacted booking.com c/s asking for a complete refund but have heard nothing back yet because the c/s agent could not reach the hotel front desk (because nobody is ever there)

Cons: Everything could have been better! The furniture was ripped and dirty. The bathroom door was dirty. There were no tissues in the room. Paint on walls was peeling or chipped off. The coffee pot was rusted.

Pros: Close to town.

Cons: Upon arrival I had no toilet tissue. Rooms were not cleaned or restocked daily. Had to walk to the front office to get clean towels daily. Staff said if I was not present at cleaning time staff would not enter my room due to not being able to trust staff not to steal things. Water was turned off with no warning or knowledge. Construction taking place on top three floors even late at night. Ceilings had dust and what looked like mold on them.

Will not stay here again, the breakfast was okay, our room smelled like someone smoked in it, and the bed was not comfor

Pros: Nothing really, except that it was cheap.

Cons: People was working on the hotel so it was loud, and the hotel didnt look nice. The parking was also not good nor convenient at all.
