    Cons: Wifi did not work- its signal was weak, it would not stay connected. No coffee or anything in the morning provided. Staff not that friendly/helpful. Saw a big cockroach in the bathroom on the morning I was leaving! Air conditioning not adjustable- either on and too cold, or off and too hot.

    it was enjoyable and comfortable experience for me facility met expectations

    Pros: Everything was well the place was clean the location was fine convenient stores with nearby the only thing I found who you was it was hot water for shower but when you went to wash your face at the sink the hot water didn't work I was in room 371 other than that everything was excellent
    Cons: There was nothing for me to dislike

    Nice option if you want...

    Pros: The hotel was inexpensive and with good living conditions, very close to Times Square, Vessel and High Line. The room was small, but everything was placed very handy. There were a microwave and refrigerator, which was also very comfortable for us. The bathroom was clean, the beds were comfy
    Cons: The windows were old and dirty, I wish they were cleaner because the view from the room was great. There was little noise from the street at night

    I guess you get what...

    Pros: Location to the cruise pier was the only good thing about this hotel.
    Cons: Dingy looking room. TV remote didn't work. House keeping AND front desk was made aware and nothing was done. Tub was very slippery. Fiance' slipped and fell getting into it. Again, front desk was notified and no even an apology was given.

    Pros: Room faced the street so it was a little noisy. Overall it was very spacious and comfortable staff were excellent and very helpful

    Cons: The hotel is perfectly located and the lobby is pretty nice, though there's no ramp for travelers to comfortably pull their bags from the street at the main entrance. Suppose it is different if you get in from the parking lot. The hotel itself is dated, yet everything is neat: linens, towels etc. You can't expect more from a hotel in this good of a location in Manhattan for under 200 dollars a night. The bathroom is tiny but the water is hot and with good pressure. All in all, it is ok. Might stay there again

    Pros: The room was nice and clean. It was a good location and a good walk to Times Square. The restaurant associated with the Hotel was excellent and a good price.
    Cons: There was no real control of the heat, one night our room was 80 degrees and we had the heat off. This was not something that was handled well with the staff, they told us to turn the heat off and open the window- the heat was already turned off by us.

    Pros: Location! Walking distance to everything we wanted to see, Times Square, Empire State Building, to the port where our Cruise Ship was. We even walked to Central Park. There was a nice little deli right beside us, food was great.
    Cons: Police station across the street, kind of noisy at all times. Would of loved it to have a continental breakfast. No coffee pots in the rooms or in the front lounge and you have to pay for the wifi.
