    Pros: The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. It was very close to the beach down the same street. The staff were helpful and friendly. There was a lift to go up and down as we were on the top floor. They provided a daily beach towel service

    Pros: breakfast was too basic.
    Cons: When I checked out on my last day I had two pieces of luggage, I was asked to pay $10 for storage ( i left it there for about 2 hours) . I used my credit card to make this payment. I observed I have been charged , $10 twice, to date I was not refunded the extra $10.

    WORST STAY EVER

    Pros: Good location
    Cons: As soon as I checked in I was approached by the rude and unhelpful staff, every night we had to request a new key card as it ran out everyday. The room was dirty as we entered. They don't have basic hotel amenities such as I had to call for a shower cap which you usually are supplied with in a hotel, I was told by the receptionist nothing I can do we don't have them. The room didn't get cleaned some days and some days they would make one bed and not the other, NOT TO MENTION my room was left open several times by the cleaners leaving my belongings open for anyone to access my room. I made the hotel aware of this and was told I'd receive a 20% refund of the cost of my stay, since being home I have received nothing and the hotel won't answer me when I ring to ask they place me on long hold times. I would highly not recommend booking this property

    Comfortable and great location. Lacking...

    Pros: The room was spotless and the bed was comfortable. Free bagels and coffee in the morning was a nice bonus. The location is ideal, you could not ask for a better spot in Miami.
    Cons: They've done the bare minimum in order to make money. The rooftop was closed and seems to have been for a while which was never disclosed until we tried to go up. Instead of making your poor staff walk to get guests ice multiple times per day, just invest in one ice machine available for guests to use. There's a thousand seating options in the lobby but none outside in front. The tv didn't work from the start. They just put up a sign downstairs apologizing with no resolution. Overall it just seems as though corners have been cut to get as much profit without investing in the property. It's sad because the location and potential are great.

    Nice view, bad experience, stay...

    Pros: The penthouse room has nice views, and has the possibility of being a really great experience.
    Cons: However, there is no elevator to the floor with the penthouse room, and it was difficult carrying our luggage up there. Also, it was freezing in the room, and changing the heat setting did not help. The doors onto the decks didn’t work well. The blinds didn’t work well. And the rooftop area was closed. The reception staff was incredibly rude. The system was down and they couldn’t check people in at 3pm, so we just had to sit there. The restaurant was closed the entire time. There is no elevator or handicap access into the building, so we again had to carry our luggage ourselves. The continental breakfast was very basic, and they ran out before we made it down there. We wouldn’t stay there again.

    Cons: No Cable or Tv also my original room booked was a penthouse wasn’t available when I booked it a month in advance for my wife’s Birthday the manager decided to give my room to someone else that was very disappointing to me and my wife
