Pros: Its not perfect, but its value priced and more than good enough for our purpose. Rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable.

Cons: Our room was mistakenly given to someone else with the same last name, so we had to spend an extra 30 min proving we had not made the mistake and waiting for another room. Sloppy front desk management.

Cons: My car got broken into on the 1st night. I asked if they had cameras, but I was told no. When the police came they told me at this specific hotel several cars have gotten broken into lately. They asked the hotel to get cameras, but was told they wouldnt.

Pros: The hotel was not clean and the furniture was dingy. There were mouse traps in the closet. It was underwhelming and it is in desperate need of a facelift. If I knew that it looked like that I would have never stayed there and I'll certainly never go back.

Pros: It was in close proximity to where I needed to be the next day.

Cons: This property does everything in its power to make sure you don’t want to have an extended stay. There was paint chipping in almost every room. The floors were so filthy that the bottoms of our socks/feet turned black after only being there for a few hours (we checked in after 9pm and were in bed by 12!). Anything that was exposed metal was rusty including lamps, blinds, and the air conditioner grates. The inside of the microwave was rusty and had a hole on the inside! I can’t believe that is safe to use! The dishwasher shocked me when I went to open it. There were holes in the wall where the plugs were with exposed wiring. The curtains were covered in dirty fingerprint marks. The closet doors didn’t actually have a secure way to close. The bedroom doors didn’t properly latch to close securely inside the unit. The shower was limited (you could tell they modified the shower controls so you couldn’t turn the warm water up past a certain point) so you were only able to get luke warm water for a shower. There was no drain plug in the bathroom sink. The breakfast included with your stay was a joke: cheap prepackaged muffins, instant oatmeal, one coffee carafe that was drained by contractors working there that morning, and a hot water carafe for making tea. We even found a roach in our room the next morning as we were getting ready to leave. My only regret is I didn’t think to document anything as I was there for a funeral and had other things to do.
