TH Resorts is an Italian hotel chain managing 19 hotels and resorts representing 3,500 rooms and 9,500 beds all over Italy. Eight of these properties are found in Southern Italy. The properties positioned at three-star to four-star are all located next to cultural destinations, ski area, and the main sea. The chain is backed by over 5,000 staff and has hosted 700,000 guests in 2016.

TH Resorts is funded by CDP Equity, which injected €20.4 million ($23.2 million) into the company through a capital increase in August 2017. This capital injection coincided with the chain’s celebration of its 40th year of existence in the industry since 1977. The fund is intended to support the chain’s expansionary programs as it aims to position itself as a leader in the hospitality sector. With ten new properties slated to open by 2022, TH Resorts is expected to double its size with the money invested. Its total employment is also seen growing by another 3,500 due to the expansion.

TH Resorts is a family-oriented hotel group with various programs designed for parents and children to bond together through sports, fun activities, family events, and shows. A TH2O aquatics course that introduces kids’ first contact with water is being offered for children one to three years old. TH mini rugby and TH football club is available for children 6-13 years old.
