Pros: I didn't like anything. It was a completely bad experience.

Cons: From check-in to check-out, the experience was disappointing. The wait times were excessively long at both ends, and the rooms were far from satisfactory. The curtains were dusty, and the bathroom had mold issues, with a broken door. Adding to the disappointment, there was a corkage fee of 500 pesos for utensils. When we requested a spoon for our kids, they initially demanded a fee, only waiving it when I mentioned booking four rooms. The next day, at the pool, only one staff member was attending to a large area. We waited over 30 minutes for water, and to our surprise, they charged an exorbitant 71 pesos for a 500ml bottle of Nature Spring, despite being near major supermarkets. Checking out wasn't any smoother, as I had to wait for 30 minutes just to clarify the receipt. I hope the management addresses these issues and enhances their service and facilities.

Overall ill give it a 3, we were expecting to do activities with the kids but it wasnt posted on the website that it is

Pros: I just like the bed of the room and how the staff is accommodating.

Cons: I hope you update your website regarding the activities is still under maintenance. And my view from room is not nice. Not near the pool side. Early in the morning the kids are still sleeping there was a staff lawn-mowing and the rocks hitting the balcony window at 8:30 am and we were trying to call the guy but he cant hear us. We want to have a peace and quite sleep before we checked out. But we didnt.

Pros: The breakfast was excellent, you have to remind yourself to tell the wait staff exactly how you want your eggs!

Cons: They dont offer early check in! Which is another way to offer something no one else in the area is doing.

Cons: Customer service not good, food is not worth for the price for the breakfast meal. low class breakfast buffet not suitable for family especially for kids. Front desk are not customer oriented. Not recommendable for family leisure.

It feels expensive for the kind of stay we experienced. It's almost like we rented an AirBnB.

Pros: - The view of the whole compound is fantastic. - We liked the new swimming pool and the aesthetics of the new rooms.

Cons: - I booked for a room with balcony but our didn't have one. - I called for housekeeping but when we got back to our room, it's still where it is. I had to call for the second time and they just removed the trash. - My husband asked for a cup replacement so we could drink coffee and drink water on our second day in the room but the staff said it's not replaceable. There were no dishwashing liquid and sponge, so how are we going to use them? If it's a longer stay, they really would not replace it? - The playground for kids weren't maintained. - Not much option for breakfast.

Pros: The staff at the Villa pool and Olive's restaurant are so friendly and accomodating, the pool at the new villas, the bed is so comfortable and the food at Olive's are delicious.

Cons: The check-in took so much time, so many lapses in communication between front desk and guard at the entrance, super strict policies in visitors (you have to pay extra 1,500 for visitors to enter even if they won't be staying overnight) and the breakfast was so simple and lacks variety.
