Pros: I can't write what I liked, because I was cheated out of 42 euros.

Cons: I was sent a registration link in advance and there was also a payment that I made using this link (payment for accommodation and tax). I asked in the chat if they saw my payment, to which they replied that "no" and we will figure it out upon arrival. Upon arrival at the hotel, I was also asked for payment (March 7). I informed the front desk that I had made the payment and showed this payment. The girl said that it was just a blocked amount and she would return. I made the payment again. After my stay for some time, the payment has not been returned to my account. I emailed the hotel. There was no response. I wrote to the "booking" about my problem to the hotel. On March 11, I was asked to send payment receipts, which I did. And silence. On March 14th, I asked about my problem again. On March 15, I was told that them needed time to get a refund. On March 21, I asked again where my money was. On March 22, they replied to me that they had just been sent. I wrote to the hotel on March 26 and April 1, and now they ignore my messages and do not respond to me (There is still no money). I do not recommend this hotel unless you want to stay for money. I think this is a scam and nothing more!!!

Pros: The location is a bit far from the old town. Breakfast was good and the choice was wide.

Cons: The hotel room was cleaned, but the room smelled of detergent, the carpet was very dirty, and the lampshade was a ragged rag. The receptionist promised that the room would be fixed, but in reality, it was not done within 4 days. The overall impression of the hotel's atmosphere was not good.

Pros: The breakfast it’s good, the location it’s close to everything , the staff are good guys .

Cons: I have stayed there several times. and some rooms are acceptable but most of them are deteriorated. The mattress in poor condition. the room furniture dirty and worn, the carpet with dirty stains. Too much mold and leaks in the shower, bad smells come out of the bathroom due to the mold and humidity in the showers!

Pros: Hotel is 15 minutes away from the central bus station Florenc. Also there's a subway station at Florenc. So it doesn't matter how you travel to Prague, by plane, train or bus, you may easily reach this hotel by public transport, yet, train and bus are better options if you want to stay at this hotel because it would take nearly half an hour from the airport by car and an hour by public transport (bus then tramway.. daily ticket was 120 CZK when I stayed there, which is equivalent to about 5 Euros) Prague public transportation is rather good, so it's enough to be able to get bus or tramway to reach the historical places you want to visit. There is a bus stop in 2-3 minutes distance of the hotel and a tramway stop in less than 10 minute walk. It would be your morning cardio if you take the tram, cause it takes some uphill walk first. A very important information: Three Crown and the neighboring hotel, Hotel Prokop Square use the same reception. If you lost your way and can't find an entrance to Three Crown Hotel, just walk through that fancy sliding entrance of Hotel Prokop Square. During my stay there I had seen several guests looking for the entrance of the hotel.. it's a bit tricky, so it wasn't just me who couldn't find the entrance right away. First of all Jan helped me with a personal request online before I arrived the hotel; a food start. When I arrived at the hotel Mariia and Marketa were so professional and friendly. Best reception experience. My sleep is important to me so I care about the bed a lot. The mattress was firm as I like and I guess I had found the best pillow in the world at this hotel! Very comfortable stay.. Just a few weeks earlier I stayed at a place in Budapest. The shower didn't have pressure, which is a bit bothering. It's something I pay attention to in the showers. Three Crown has a good shower with instant hot water and a nice water pressure.

Cons: I like to open the window if it's not too cold, to get fresh air while sleeping, so even I stayed during mid March I opened the window. You could easily hear people talk or the sirens of an ambulance when the windows are open. It could be a bit noisy during the warm season if you were to sleep window open.. I didn't see an AC in the room, yet you may not need to open the windows even during summer. We are talking about Prague, a city the highest temperature most likely won't be over 30 degrees Celsius (86 F) during your stay.

Hotel for a good price...

Pros: A very large room, comfortable bed, very well heated. Bathtub in the bathroom. Reliable wifi. Walking distance from the railway station and to the centre. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room including coffee and tea bags. Breakfast is extra, I didn't have it. The hotel is connected to the neighbour hotel The Prokop Square and you check in there.

Cons: No fridge in the room.
