Pros: It seemed like the views from our room would be nice if there was sunshine but all it did was rain the entire time, so we really aren't sure.

Cons: We were very unfortunate to have traveled to this area right when the Corona Virus outbreak happened. When we departed Bali for Fiji they had no restrictions. By the time we landed, unbeknownst to us, Fiji had implemented a mandatory 14 days quarantine for anyone arriving. Therefore, we ended up stuck in our room and the hotel actually put a 24 hour guard outside our room (we were prisoners but paying full price) We were only able to get food from room service and it was very average and we never actually got what we ordered. Kind of frustrating because the hotel charged us full service fees and whatever they could charge us for room service although we had zero choice in the matter. Oh, also be prepared to pay a credit card fee of 3% when you check out. Really - at a Westin property they charge a fee for a credit card. They try like heck to promote their own credit card and then they charge 3%. Never stayed at a corp hotel that charges a fee for cc. Was shocked! Also, had a leak in the roof that we put a trash can under so we would not slip. Manager did offer to send housekeeping but we didn't want to hassle with that.

Pros: The staff were amazing! So nice and pleasant to be around and they were all so helpful with our toddler! The Heavenly Spa was very nice, I went in for a pedicure and it was great!

Cons: Very inconsistent. I booked a room with a king bed and they put me in a room with two fulls which doesnt work for my family with a small toddler. So after I insisted that I needed a king, like I booked, they told me my only option was to pay for an upgraded room. I ended up having to pay extra for the upgrade. The room was clean but never consistent when cleaned after the first day, some days we had clean washcloths and towels and other days we had none or they would just leave the dirty ones where they were. Some days we had flowers left on our bed and bathroom counter and other days there wouldnt be any flowers. Everything in the room was hung or built wrong/at a slant. Even the toilet in our room was tilted forward and to the left. The breakfast buffet was good for the first three days of our stay and then it got old since they just put out the same thing every morning. One morning I even found a moth smooshed between two pieces of pineapple I almost ate. Some mornings wed arrive and get served coffee right away and others wed have to ask multiple people. For lunch we normally order off the pool grill menu but the food never came out the same as the first time we ordered it, so we never knew what we would be eating. Most of the time it wasnt very good. The Indian food restaurant that was open for dinner was amazing! But they didnt open till 6pm and with a toddler we needed to be eating at 6, and the food took about an hour and a half to get to us. Again, very good food but took way too long. The other restaurant that was convenient was way too expensive and too nice to take a toddler to. The location of the hotel overall was ok but when I booked my trip to visit Fiji I expected to be on the beach and there was no beach access unless I wanted to walk to another resort and use their tiny beach. This was probably the most disappointing part since I did go all the way to Fiji to swim in a pool, even though their pools were very nice.

Cons: Did not cater for smoking people. Shocking lunch menu. Overpriced. Did not eat any dinner meals here due to the nature of their lunch menu and prices.

Amazing first stop

Pros: We flew in from San Francisco and stayed here for our first 2 nights before heading out to the islands. We arrived at the property at 6am and they provided us complementary breakfast until our room was ready just an hour later. The staff is absolutely amazing and so welcoming. We loved the pool and dinning options. The room was gorgeous too with a nice bed. We will definitely be returning one day!

Pros: Location good, staff very pleasant, good breakfast although did run out of things like bacon!

Cons: Lack of drinking water, upon arrival 2 x 500ml bottles then for the rest of the stay 2 x 330ml, thats a lot of wasted plastic. Also really didnt like a global chain charging 3% to pay with a credit card, ok if that is the norm but everywhere around was 2% including the shops on site. Also had to pay to extend check out despite the hotel only at 40% capacity, guess the6 have to recoup the shortfall somehow.

Great Hotel

Pros: The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The property is nicely landscaped. The nearby harbour is easy to get to on the Bula Bus and there are lots of restaurants and shops there.

Cons: Some things do need upgrading but this would not stop us from staying there again. The only drawback is that there is no beach at this point and the water is mirky here but the pool area is good and we have the use of the pool at the nearby Sheraton Villas which is only a very short walk away.

Pros: All the staff were very friendly. Facilities and daily cleaning of our rooms was lovely to walk into at the end of a day. Air conditioned rooms was also a lovely contrast from the heat outside.

Cons: We came during renovations for Sheraton so we did not get to access all the pools as advertised
