Pros: Very good location near to seafront. Nice looking property from exterior. Easy to park outside and friendly staff.

Cons: Very basic and I need of some decoration. Breakfast was poor, limited choice of food, no table service, only cheap instant coffee. Rooms were comfortable but in need of upgrading.

Cons: Not suited for baby’s to sleep. Ordered a baby crib, received an old foldable travel bed without a matras. The floor was old and hard as wood. No covers or nothing. Had to sleep with my baby in my bed.

Pros: The staff on reception were very helpful

Cons: Nightmare to park had 2 rooms booked one bath room was so small flooring in bath room needs attention in areas. Sick is to big for bath room so makes it all hard to enter bathroom. Mould around the bath bathroom door paint all chipped. In the bedroom floor has a rise in it which is covered up by carpet so dangerous . This room is far from superior which is what we booked.

Pros: Friendly staff and clean and confortable rooms.

Cons: We were able to hear everything happening in the rooms around us. We went in for a night sleep and could not close our eyes. We asked to be moved to a quieter room but we could still hear people talking and coughing. Could not stay past 1am. Terrible night. Ruined all our plans for next day.

Cons: My son was bitten 5 times whilst inbed! No hot water, shower dribbling out, Tiles in shower dirty, tiny towels, no tea spoons, no glasses, pigeons nesting outside window making loud noises all night, had to get our keys rebooted 5 times as kept stop working.

Pros: The receptionist was great and the location.

Cons: Not much. For £111 I expected a little more. Had to be asked to move as there were stains on the wall in the first room. The second room was a little better but a cigarette but was left on the windowsill. The bed was very uncomfortable. The lift was so small and very old. It was out of order In the evening, not great for someone with a bad knee and back. No signs were put up on any floor indicating the lift was out of order. Honestly, it was a bit like faulty towers.

Pros: Location to the pavilion and great view from room. Easy cheap parking on adjacent rd. large room really comfortable bed . Staff were lovely nice bar . Breakfast was good .

Cons: The windows are old and wind blew through when closed so noisy. Headboards really tatty and blinds cheap and ineffective so let light through they need replacing. This let the room down .

Fine for the price but...

Pros: The bathrooms was very clean and lovely towels with products. The tea and coffee options were great! Location and price was brilliant but then the price reflected in the standard of the room.

Cons: The front door went directly into the children’s room with the two single beds pushed together as the room wasn’t big enough for them and the door didn’t lock from inside. Not great when you have children! No bedside table in the twin room to put your water by the bed. Plus the children’s room also had direct access into the bathroom, again not ideal especially when both children have with special needs. The toilet seat was far too small for the toilet so you ended up sitting on the actual toilet! The windows had no privacy curtains or blinds only one main curtain so the building opposite could see into our room. Early the next morning we were woken up by pigeons sitting on the window seals making loads of noise! There was bird pooh all over the outside of both windows too. No help was given with luggage to the room. Our room had the stairs right next to us so I could hear everyone coming back that night which a family room shouldn’t have! My husband couldn’t get in our room that night as his card key wouldn’t work? The night staff said he had to check our room to verify it? when he did he woke us up by grabbing the door handle! So I ended up opening the door anyway which was only at 11.30pm not helpful at all! As he could have verified him on the system as his name was on the booking. If they changed these things they would make it so much better which is what the tv program the hotel inspector would advise
