Dampness, unpleasant odour and threatening staff

Cons: This is my first ever review, I beleive. I felt unsafe at this property. Horrible room condition is something secondary. So this place is a haven for dampness, soiled walls, unpleasant odour and an owner who threatens guests at 10:15 at night! The rooms were damp and have walls which were leaking with water marks, throughout the rooms. They changed the room, was a bit better but nowhere close to the price. In the first room bedroom AC was not working. In the second option, hall AC wasn't working. After a wait of 15 minutes in boiling room, housekeeping manager appeared and after his 10 minutes research declared that the AC is not working. Thanks to Google, I understood that IFB AC remote control. This ordeal of two rooms costed me two hours, drenching in sweat. It didn't end here. Around 10 in night, while I was taking stairs to room, out of nowhere the property owner appeared out of a room and started asking me that had I complaint to booking.com and am I not happy with the property and have I asked for a refund. Looking at her I asked who you are, as because if her night apparels, she mentioned being the owner. Then she mentioned that the website has asked them to respond within 24 hours. I asked her why did she stopped me on the way to my room and why she is asking all this at this odd hour on a staircase? I rushed to my room along with my family. What a horrible stay!

Pros: The property is very nice and well-designed, located in a green lush area! Room was clean, spacious, and full of details and useful things. What makes the hotel special, it's their team. The staff was incredibly courteous and helpful.

Cons: It was a leisure stay for two nights for a family function located at ponda. Had my elderly mom & young daughter. Room was clean. Hot water available for bath. Kitchen well equipped with cutlery. Mr Dutta went out of the way to give extra mattresses for my mom's sleeping arrangement as she needed a heightened bed unlike using the existing sofa cum bed. Breakfast was minimal but tasty. One needs to have their own rental transport ( contacts are given by treehouse). Experienced one glitch by swiggy from navtara hotel order. I was charged for mini meal but it wasn't delivered. Calls to swiggy weren't answered. So better to go around to nearby restaurants to have meals or cook ready to eat meals in room ( refrigerator also available). AC worked good as it was really very warm. Overall good experience for short stay. Will look forward to stay again.

Pros: Extremely well maintained property, all the staff is helpful and caring.All possible aminities have been provided. It has extrenely good proximity to all the beaches in south Goa.

Pros: Excellent Location. Very courteous staff including the security, reception & breakfast lady Reena. Overall good rooms & ambience.

Cons: Not many negatives. Maybe a small bar or restaurant with basic food menu would be ideal. Otherwise great stay.
