Pros: The whole area of the hotel is beautiful, there is plenty of greenery. We've stayed in villa with private pool and bath on the terrace, it was exceptional. Villa was huge with amazing seaview, everything was clean and well organised. Villa was also secluded from the rest of the resort, it was very peacful.

Cons: breakfast was quite basic but you can order special breakfast experience if you wish

Pros: It has a private beach and is very environmentally friendly focused. All rooms have sea views. Beach and pools at your doorstep, fantastic location

Fantastic relaxed vacation at a beatiful place

Pros: Fabulous location, extremely attentive and welcoming staff, a lot of attention to details, beautiful private beach, very quiet and peaceful atmosphere. It felt like home. I recommend it 100% and am hoping to be back in the future.

Cons: Mosquitos. But the staff offers an anti mosquito spray.

Pros: The quality of the room - I particularly liked that we had our private outdoor space, including the pool area. That was awesome. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was awesome.

Cons: The location of the restaurant is not ideal. Though it is beachfront, the water is prone to turbulence and it's deep and not conducive for relaxing or dipping in. The location is removed from local restaurants and stores, and so you will have to take a taxi for every little trip if you don't want to be stuck in the hotel for your stay. They try to make it feel like a wellness resort, with so much vegetation, but that made for much mosquitoes and insects. And they will not provide complimentary mosquito sprays. In general the island sees more rain than most others.

Excellent Resort

Pros: My wife and I stayed at the Garrya Tongsai Bay Samui for our Honeymoon and we're very impressed by this excellent resort and exceptional staff. From our check in to our check out the staff did everything they could to make our stay as memorable as possible. A honeymoon welcome note and complimentary champagne awaited us in our room along with a lovely floral decoration on our bed. All contact with staff at the resort was very pleasant from the front desk, restaurant staff, cleaners, security, beach staff to the conceirges. We decided to book the hotel's transportation to and from the resort and it was very well organized and timely, and included a 'to go' breakfast box as our flight time was very early in the morning

Pros: Everything, absolutely everything about this place is fantastic. Here are the main points: - Breakfast has lots of options to cater to everyone - The staff are incredible, there are so many people Id like to thank but here are a few names I wrote down: Kookik, Kae, Fasuk, Pu, Getty - Beautiful resort with a private beach - Peaceful, tranquil and calming vibe - Selection of spa treatments I MUST return at some point in the future!

Pros: The private beach was great, and happy hour with great cocktails every evening 6-7pm was wonderful. The staff was great, and took good care of the room.

Cons: The breakfast buffet was really bad. We chose this place because of the breakfast but we're let down. We have stayed in many hotels in Asia but this one only focused on European foods like waffles, cold cut meat and cheese, viennoiserie, jams, baked beans, etc. They had 2-3 Thai dishes every day, one being a terrible congee (too soupy, and the meat was mealy) and a stir fry chicken that they served for several days. Rice and noodles were bland and dry. Noodle soup was tasteless broth. They couldn't even make a soft Thai scrambled egg despite many attempts, whereas at my next hotel the local fellow made it perfectly at the first attempt. We cancelled the cooking class that we had organised, unfortunately. Disappointing, because other than this the property is fantastic.

Pros: Breakfast is impressively good. Resort feels like it is embedded in Nature. I extended my stay by 2 nights, as it was amazing.

Pros: Breakfast was incredible. Resorts is completely embedded in nature. Just point to mention for travellers: It is a little outside and would require some transportation or walking to get to the busier streets

Must go to hotel on the island

Pros: The private beach was very satisfying with the continuing service of the hotel staff. Also the provided buggy service made the whole experience complete.

Wonderful vacation at Garraya Tongsai bay

Pros: We were indeed enjoyed the stay at Garraya Tongsai bay. The place is so peaceful and pleasant with great hospitality. The service from Garraya tongsai bay staffs were impressive.Its awesome!!!!

Pros: While the property and staff are impeccable, unfortunately the beach is not very nice, especially compared to other beaches on this island. While most beaches on Koh Samui have beautiful white sand and clear water, the beach here was pebbled and did not have clear blue green water. Because I came specifically for a beautiful beach, I would not stay here again even though everything else was amazing.

A dreamy hotel located on a quiet beach

Pros: Everything was in excellent conditions but mostly the kindness and welcoming staff. The attention to detail to make your stay even more special. Thank you to all the staff again and hope to stay here again soon :) The beach is very calm ideal for SUP or other water activities. The breakfast has great variety and have a special every day. We had lunch at the beach and was really good as well. If you are looking for a peaceful vacation and relax this hotel has everything

Pros: Private, attentive, 5 star services, helpful and friendly staff, the juice station at the breakfast buffet.

Cons: Less a dislike, but more of how they can be more personalise on the room slipper and robes sizes and not going with the standard one large one small. Perhaps can ask prior during check in.
