Cons: Room wasn't soundproof at all, i could hear people left and right, the bathrooms are also audible to others. Being so close to hospital, sirens could be heard, the windows weren't soundproof. The tv or the plug was making a buzzing sound. The elevators separate from parking to hotel rooms. The change room on different floor from the pool.

Pros: Staff were very nice, room given was great! Comfortable, clean and pretty well equipped. Hotel is under a bit of construction with the lounge area and restaurant although it didn’t effect us. There was on-site parking as well.

Cons: Could have used more coffee creamers in the coffee bar.

Cons: Phone didn't work, charging problems. Ordered dinner and bithe meals were terrible, uncooked pasta and steak, fries rock hard. TV kept turning on by itself. And when I asked for a break on some of the money I spent on the room which was over 500 dollars they gave me 26 dollars, and ontop of it I literally had to beg them for that chump change. Do not go there at all worst place ever.

Okay, a few things definitely...

Cons: I was really excited with my booking, the first thing that was a bit of a damper was that the room said in the description “shower, bathtub and hairdryer” the tub was the reason I booked the specific room. Unfortunately when we arrived there was no tub and the staff (who were nice, not their fault) said they can’t guarantee a tub and it depends on the design of the room. I understand that, however the room description should change to say shower OR tub, was a bit deceiving. I booked that room because it was a good deal and it said it had a tub so why not that was the thing I wanted the most. I half blame myself for not first checking what the parking situation was, however I expected a small fee or free parking, parking one car for one night was $50 with tax, I’ve never paid that much for parking anywhere in my life, that was pretty shocking. We tried to use the google chrome cast in the TV, and were unable to figure it out, I assumed the HDMI cable was supposed to be plugged into a laptop or something? Most people don’t bring a laptop to a hotel unless coming for work purposes. It would be nice if there was some instructions on how to set up the chromecast. I clicked on it on the app like the TV said to, and everytime I did it said source unavailable, changed the sources around etc couldn’t figure it out, not great cable channels and on demand movies cost as much as going to a theatre. For snacks I brought my own but there wasn’t even any cups for water anywhere, unless you want to be charged for a bottled one in the fridge. I usually am not much of a complainer and understand some things can’t be guaranteed but I booked this hotel for my anniversary. I would have just booked a different room with a tub and taken an Uber to the hotel if I knew there would be no bathtub and super expensive parking. I feel like a few quick things added onto your booking website could have made my experience here much more pleasant.
