Pros: Amazing stuff and really kind people , I highly recommended , the location of the hotel is also very close to city center which is great if you want to go around Hammamet city .

Pros: The variety of the food on offer at breakfast was good, and the pool / beach was quite nice.

Cons: The price was quite high in comparison with the facilities in the hotel. It seemed that the whole place was quite dated, and didn't quite meet the expectations for a five-star experience that we had paid for. I don't know how it compares to other places nearby, but I would recommend seeing other options first before choosing here.

Superb days

Pros: Very charming hotel. The rooms are big and comfortable. I fell asleep so deeply with the sound of waves.

Pros: The most gorgeous resort I have ever stayed at. The room was huge and beautifully laid out and decorated and was extremely clean. There was comfy slippers and when we went to the beach and returned, there was a fruit plate waiting for us! I have never had a better peach. Our room faced a garden with a terrace with fruit trees. It was beautiful and even had a cute towel rack to dry your swimsuit! The beach was incredible! The hotel is right on the water with (free to hotel guests) lounge chairs and grass umbrellas. There is a restaurant right on the beach with kind and helpful staff who come to your beach chair for your order and bring out a table! You can dine and drink (if you want!) literally feet from the ocean. There is also a shisha stand on the beach so you can get a hookah also right there on the sand. The water and beach were impeccably clean.

Globally nice, but could really improve on some areas

Pros: The inside of the hotel is beautiful. The gardens, the rooms, the entrance by the reception, the swimming pools. Even the one that was by the part of the hotel that is being rebuild was very nice to use. The room was comfortable and had what we needed. Food was good throughout.

Cons: The friendliness of the staff was very uneven. The guys at the Scheherazade restaurant were lovely to our little girl. The staff at the restaurant the Chiraz too. Anywhere else people looked annoyed that we were here. At the beach, we found so many cigarette buds, and waste in general, not what you expect of a five star hotel. We had to keep requesting towels, even after a week of being there, had to place our chairs on the beach with the beach staff looking at us unimpressed. Again, not what I expect of a five star hotel. Although the food was generally good and with large variety, I expected to find more options for people who might have allergies or simply want to lead a more healthy lifestyle, like alternative mills, alternative teas other than bagged black tea, green tea, camomille and verbena Finally a lot of the food was not labeled. That could be improved. Would also have been nice to have a kettle and tea/ coffee in the room. Finally, that is not the hotel directly, but we tried the quad that was aggressively sold to us by a man near the reception, and that was a huge disappointment. We visited what looked like a dumpster, couldnt really speed or do anything fun for most of the 2 hours we were there. The man who was our guide was as friendly as a prison door and we were only offered water standing awkwardly by the quads parking at the end. Again, not at all the standard I think about when I imagine 5 stars, not what I have experienced before either when I paid these kind of prices for quad.

Cons: We were family with 2 kids pf 3 years old we went to the beach looking where to seat under the shade since it was really hot the staff of the beach he didnt allow us to seat in one table by the purpose of one hotel guest booked that table and that was not true it was booked for someone who didnt even pay the entrance for the beach cause they just know him

Cons: table in front of the beach is not available even I am resident they will give it to selected people and are not resident and if you try to find any table the waiter he will not come to you and he not serve you because the table is blocked for other people even they will not come for full day but they will not given to you Waiters and the employees in the beach they want to take the tips before to give you any think This Sindbad problem since beginning The good thinks in Sindbad is the cleaners lady are sooooo nice .

Pros: Staff of Shahrazad restaurant are professional, very polite and helpful. Food is good.

Cons: the swimming pool , the restaurant in front of the pool and the beach are open to visitors and they give them priority over the resident. Construction in front of the kids swimming pool. No car parking inside the hotel. I booked for half board and after having dinner at shahrazad restaurant they told me that we cant sit near the pool because its reserved only for dinner despite that there is some free places( they reserve them for visitors outside the hotel). View from my room is vey bad ( attached the photo from the balcony). Hotel is old and overrated.
