Good
Pros: Great hotel in downtown Memphis, close proximity to anywhere. Great food and amenities in the hotel as well.
Cons: Our room was motel worthy- The tub had a few inches of standing water and drain was plugged, trash can was not emptied and had bloody tissues and gum wrappers, and the toilet leaked/flushed every 16 minutes.

Good
Pros: It's a classic. The location is great and the overall hotel amenities are wonderful.
Cons: Staff shortage, no daily cleaning. Really for a 4 star hotel? No notice about this either. Wasn't until 10:30 at night when we returned to an unmade bed, no towels and no cleaning. Many amenities closed due to Covid.

Pros: The location
Cons: They charged $42 for a hotel fee on top of the original price. Two elevators of four worked. So it was literally a 20 minute wait every time you had to leave or return the hotel. We asked for our roo. To be cleaned and were told we would have to wait.

Good
Pros: The history and location of the hotel were the positive aspects of The Peabody.
Cons: 1. Only two elevators were working and it took 20+ minutes to get on one. We were on the 9th floor so stairs were a struggle. 2. The hotel charged us for coffee and a newspaper automatically but didn't provide newspaper due to Covid.
