    Won’t stay at that hotel...

    Pros: The manager was very friendly and helpful. Wi-Fi, TV, Kettle. Not much else.
    Cons: Whole hotel in poor state of repair and scruffy. Many faults in bedroom and bathroom. Breakfast appalling. Fire alarm going off at 3.15am because of someone smoking.

    An absolutely grotty hotel -...

    Pros: Nothing
    Cons: The room was filthy, the beds lumpy - the shower had weak water pressure (electric) and had something growing in the corner of the cubicle. I was also charged for breakfast which I think the hotel never had any intention of delivering. I went down to breakfast at 0745hrs - breakfast room was in darkness. A sign on the door stated that it opened at 0800hrs - which I find late for a hotel. At 0800 I went to load my car and then go to breakfast. From a door in reception emerged a just awoken guy and the sound of a snoozed alarm. I offered a lame excuse for not serving breakfast and did not offer to reimburse me. It is my belief this hotel price matches the nearby travel lodge and then lures you in with the offer of breakfast that they will never serve.

    Cons: We had to change rooms due to the condition of two rooms and then it was freezing. Breakfast was only a few cereals
