Lovely stay at the Palace

Pros: The hotel was in a great location. Close to Sliema and Sliema harbour and the Hop on Hop off bus. All the staff were friendly and welcoming. The food was great and there was a choice of restaurants. The room was large and spacious and very clean. The bed was so comfy. The rooftop pool and the indoor pool were beautiful. The staff gave us delicious birthday cake on arrival. We loved our stay at the Palace.

Luxury and exceptional stay

Pros: Located in the heart of picturesque Sliema town, it is only 25 minutes away from the Malta International Airport. Upon arrival, I was greeted by the warm and friendly smile of the hospitable staff. The staff ensured a seamless check-in process and was attentive to my request for the room I booked for. The dedication to ensuring guest satisfaction was truly commendable. The elegance and sophistication of the hotel's interior design and the content in 'The Gossip Magazine' had every detail of the hotel that you needed to know during your stay. I was impressed with the layout and the idea of it. My room which was located on the 7th level, overlooking the azure water of the Mediterranean. Waking up to it, it has the feel of tranquillity looking over the balcony and with spacious accommodation. The room has modern to eco-friendly amenities. One of the highlights of my stay was undoubtedly the view from the rooftop bar and pool and spa treatments. In addition, the impeccable service was elevated to a new level of comfort and convenience. Whether it was at the reception, room service, morning coffee or breakfast served with a smile and met with promptness and professionalism. I would recommend it for travellers seeking a truly indulgent escape in the heart of Malta and experiencing the best of Sliema.

Cons: The ongoing construction on the road made it a little difficult for taxis to stop in right front of the hotel. However, that is only a minor, taxis can drop nearby which is less than 500m to the entrance of the hotel.

Pros: Breakfast. Room was more quiet when compared to other places in Malta. Air conditioning worked. Rooftop with view.

Cons: It is called 5 stars but for me it was max 4 star... Staff in restaurant The Tabloid was confused and fetched us drink which wasn't the one we ordered. Road was under construction.

Pros: A fabulous hotel in a quiet residential location but we still had views of the harbour and sea from our bright, tastefully decorated room. Exceptionally clean and courteous, friendly, helpful staff.

Pros: A good selection at breakfast, better than most. Staff were great, nothing too problematic.. we emailed them from our room to ask them to print a document for us, by the time we'd walked down it was there waiting for us.

Cons: Location isn't the best and therefore the view is compromised but 5-10mins walk and you're on the promenade.
