Cons: The lifts are slow, especially to the 9th floor. The reason is clearly that there is no separate staff lift. On one occasion we waited 10 minutes.

Pros: Good location. Friendly staff. Nice walk in shower. Rooms had good storage. Complimentary minibar. Kettle and coffee maker. Strong WI-FI.

Cons: Mattress too soft. Very noisy, we could hear noise from the road and outside terrace until very late. Our sleep quality was poor. Breakfast needed more healthy options.

Pros: Good location and very friendly and helpful staff . Lovely rooftop area with sun loungers to relax and soak up the views.

Cons: The pool is not heated which is a shame as the water was very cold. The food which is served in the bar in the evenings was not very good
