Cons: I stayed in this hotel for 12 days. This property depends on sunlight for solar energy. No hot water if the weather rainy or cloudy and this was what happened in 10 days of my stay. In the other two days water just slightly warm. On the day of arrival I informed the lady that was the manager about lack of hot water. No proper answer and on day three I requested a refund for the remainder of my stay to move to another hotel. The answer was that they have a no refund policy. Taking shower was very uncomfortable and I had to complain to Tourist Police....... Same answer to them, no choice for me...

Still the best value Hotel in Phuket.

Pros: This is my 2nd timing staying at The Nice Hotel and it is still the best value accommodation Phuket. So close to the beach and everything else you want in Patong. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the rooms are secure, comfy and clean.

Cons: Under the bed hadn't been cleaned for a number of months. Towels had holes in and very frayed. Would of thrown them away at home. Bed was very uncomfortable, all the springs sticking out.

Pros: Nice, beautiful small family hotel. The location is the best, Patong beach is 3 min walk, bangla 10 min, banzaan market 15 min. Very nice staff. There was some misunderstanding when we arrived but everything was solved. The room was beautiful, comfy and clean. Would definetelly stay here again

A Good Place to Stay

Pros: This hotel is very centrally located in Patong Beach and is basically right next to the pristine beach. All kinds of restaurants, bars, shops, money changer, etc. are nearby. Now, the reception area was a little concerning at first (the owners also live in the building so youll see their personal stuff) but past that all was well and immaculate. They even have an elevator, which I only used once when they showed me my room. The Wi-Fi was generally good. Now, the only thing was the noise from the bars/clubs which wasnt surprising considering the central location of the hotel. So, if youre an early sleeper, this could be problematic for you. Oh, my room came with an electric kettle so I could prepare my coffee and tea.

Cons: Nothing really bugged me about the place. Id stay there again.

Brilliant location, comfortable stay

Pros: Great location, very close to the beach and food stalls but up off the road far enough that it is quiet. Room was spacious and clean.

The Nice Patong Hotel

Pros: The hotel is just a minute away from the beach. The area is also accessible to different restaurants, shops, the busy nightlife, bars, clubs etc. The staff are very friendly like May and Chi and Ying. They are all approachable and nice people I have stayed for 15 days and if you want a peaceful place to stay ,it is to me one of the best.

Cons: Overall, I liked the hotel. The TV though doesnt work but I dont mind as somebody who isnt really a fan of watching on television so I dont find it an issue at all.

A simple hotel for sleeping only

Pros: The king-size bed, good WiFi, location closed to Patong beach and entertainment outlets.

Cons: The hotel is alongside a small lane which is dirty. The boutique hotel looks old and lack of maintenance . The bad towels in use for the guests.

Well, for the price paid, not really any complaints. You get what you pay for
