    Pros: the front desk was absolutely the best! His customer service was above the others and he cared about us enjoying our vacation.
    Cons: The early morning person was only on his cellphone every time we entered the lobby.

    Pros: Absolutely fabulous location with an easy walk to the beach and food options, 5 minutes drive to see elephant seals & Hearst Castle. The front desk staff were awesome, especially Julian, who took his time to share recommendations and locations with me.

    Pros: After 9 days driving throughout California I wasn't expecting much at this stop, since we've stayed here before. However, it ended up being the perfect way to end our trip. The room was beautiful and cozy and staff amazing. Thank you!!!

    Pros: I love how close it is to the ocean. It has an 80 degree indoor/outdoor pool.Pets are allowed at additional costs
    Cons: Wifi is sketchy. Accessible room for persons with disability doesn't come with two beds only a King size

    Pros: Close to Hearst Castle. Nicely tied to the location as being named after Julia Morgan the architect that working the castle for nearly 30 yrs. The room has nice drawings and artifacts about her designs for the castle.
    Cons: No elevator.

    Pros: A nice hotel conveniently located near Hearst Castle and Cambria. Easy beach access and hiking trails a few miles away at Fiscalini Ranch Preserve. Friendly, helpful staff. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, and waffles included in the continental breakfast.
    Cons: No elevator to the 2nd floor rooms.

    Pros: The location was excellent. The room exceeded our expectations. The price!!!
    Cons: They ran out of eggs for breakfast on our last day. The guy at the front desk would only provide us with one key for our room when we checked in.

    Pros: Location can not be beat!
    Cons: Hotel needs a good update. Our TV was broken all week, and though they promised repair, no one ever showed up to work on it. We were there 5 days. There was no room cleaning unless requested, and no one told us this until we inquired after 4 days.

    Pros: Super clean, and front desk friendly and helpful when we asked to check in early. Loved the continental breakfast available starting at 7am - the make your own waffle machine was fun and delicious. Nothing fancy, but comfortable and a great value.

    Pros: Nice room, great location- close to Hearst castle and Cambria . Staff were pleasant and room was clean, had a partial ocean view for an amazing sunset . Breakfast was fine- basic but thats all we needed. We will be comm g here again!

    Pros: The room was really nice with a fireplace and seating area. The breakfast was good because there was no rush to get there during a small, designated time frame. I loved being able to open the window and hear the ocean.

    Pros: Always enjoy staying here. The location is great. Have my request for the room location usually is met. It's a good hotel for the price
    Cons: Power went out in the morning when asked staff if they knew anything couldn't provide no info had to check pge site myself. That moment took a few hours away from my day. This was my only issue I get can't forsee situations like this but maybe be able to get a better update.
